The staff and service was better than we expected, our first time there. My son and I wanted something quick, but properly cooked and that's what we got.We are not regular PaPa John's pizza customers but I tell you this when and if we want to have it again, this is where we will go. No Cap!

I order a Hawaiian pizza with cheese crust and crushed red pepper and cheese. Upon arrival the staff had a rude attitude and charge me extra for crush red pepper and cheese. Stephanie and Anaya where so unprofessional and definitely will not come back to this place. Rude attitude and no costumer service.

I came in yesterday and placed an order for carryout which was two pizzas and my total was $47.39 (which is crazy) and had an emergency and wasn’t able to come back and pick it up. I called them and told them this and the lady working said there was no manager on duty and she’d tell the one working tomorrow to void it. I called back today and asked for the manager who coincidentally happened to be the lady from last night and she said she couldn’t void the order because she had nothing to do with me not being able to come get it. She didn’t even offer me a gift card or anything so i’m out of almost $50 for no reason.

It's a shame that they can't manage to get enough people on staff to operate normally, because doordash and all other "delivery partners" are commonly poor performers.
They have delicious pizza and their customer service is excellent . I highly recommend this place. They are very friendly and strive to make you the best pizza. Thank you Papa John’s

I was so disappointed after discovering after I ordered directly from the website, and agreed to pay the high delivery fee of $5.50, and added a tip, that DOOR DASH was a actually delivering my order. Seems that takes advantage of customers. Door DASH delivery fees are never that high! I could've gone on door dash myself and saved money. NOT OKAY!

This is a city with many great local pizza spots, so I try to avoid chain pizza places when possible. However, this is always a solid choice in a pinch with pretty flexible hours. It is definitely best to order online and take advantage of different promos that are going on and then pick up in store. I have had no issues with this location and my food is usually ready in a timely manner.

Waited for over 30 minutes for a DoorDash pick up only to be inform someone else already picked it up after talking to different associates won’t ever dash there again they are so slow work on time management
