I ordered a pizza @ 9:22PM CST and it is now, 11:12PM CST and I still haven’t received my food. Honestly, the worst service ever!

I called in a order for pick up. When I got to the Restaurant no one was at the front counter I ended up waiting for another 10min for my order. The rude cashier and pizza maker where both in the back of the restaurant. When I received my order it was not correct. Please don't expect good customer service at this place. Because of the location, I should have expected the service to be bad.

Amazingly the girl working is giving a man food that didn’t pull a dollar or card out his pocket and bringing it to his car yet I ordered she didn’t bring mine out

Horrible service...the employees were in and out standing on in the front like they off work. No one was even at the counter when i walked in...ordered on line say food would be ready in 15 minutes which turned into 35 minutes. If you can make to another pizza hut please do this one sucks bad!!!!!

It is decent. I enjoy the pizza but they don't listen...I like my pizza cut in squares...I say it all the time....
This Pizza Hut is horrible. If I could have given them zero stars I would. I placed my order over two hours ago, received notification that my order was out for delivery almost an hour and a half and my order is still not here. This is ridiculous! Save your money and your time! Do not order from here!

Pizza was running behind. I called and Tierra(spelling) answered. She was very helpful and her customer service was amazing.

Need a better staff. I placed an online order for pick up and when I made it to the store I found that part of the order was wrong. I pointed out the error to the cashier/manager and immediately she goes off saying they only prepare the order that they receive. Never once did she check the order for an error on their part she continues to tell me I ordered the wrong thing. I even tried to show her my order confirmation but she continued to tell me it's not their fault. Then she prints out an order receipt and tells me that's what I ordered. After looking at the receipt I noticed that it wasn't my name or my order. After numerous attempts to get her to realize that they made a mistake she corrected the order but still makes it seem like it was my fault. This will be my last time ordering from here.

I have the best patience but I will NEVER come here again. Customer service was ok but timing was AWEFULLLLLLLL. 3 hour wait for one thing, delivery drivers not showing up with food, all of it was just a bad experience
