It took 30 minutes just to place an order and then be told give them a minute. That lasted 15 minutes so I left. To top tings off the older lady on the register had an attitude with everyone for no reason. Would not recommend this location although they use to be very good.

3 out of my five piece was undercooked biscuits were hard as hockey pucks potatoes was stiff as a iron board I called and was told that I would receive a refund which I didn't get instead I was offered for my chicken to be replaced which was fine i would've accepted that but it was how the Manger approach me with upmost disrespect which was totally unnecessary because I wasn't hostile up until the point of her talking to me in disrespectful manner (description) big lips with gaps and spaces through out teeth I believe to have short hair also

First off it was very nasty and the girl working was very very disrespectful and rude we waited over 20 min for our order and when I asked how long on the fries she said when they ready that’s not what you say to a customer and I never got a receipt for my order when I asked she said she can’t give me one now today I went and ordered the exact same thing for another Popeyes and it was much cheaper and I got drinks with my order and when I asked about my drinks she said I didn’t order none when I ordered combos. This is the worse Popeyes ever and management need to know. I’ve been a manager at McDonald’s 17 yrs and counting and I would never freak my customers this way. Everybody was complaining
