Great place! I typically get the chicken quesadilla and it's always delicious. They also don't charge extra for the guac and sour cream which is rare for these types of establishments. Take note, Chipotle!

Friendly staff, good burrito. If you haven't checked out Qdoba since the pricing change you really should. Under the new system you part around nine bucks and get to add everything you want in the burrito, guacamole and queso included. There's something nice about getting exactly what you want without feeling nickel and dimed!

So I really like mexican food, so it's pretty hard to screw it up for me. I got the vegetarian burrito. They loaded it with beans and rice, but the other items were put on sparingly. Little to no sour cream, a drop of guacamole and literally a few pieces of onion. That's the disappointing part. They were busy at lunch time, but you the taste of those flavors you want...and didn't get any of it except beans and rice.

Fast friendly service and reasonably priced. The bowl I had was fairly tasty, even without adding cheese. I think the fajita veggies should have been cooked a little more, but maybe that's just personal preference. Also appreciate that they are open until 11:00 p.m!
I had a good experience at this store. My typical order was prepared the way I accustomed to. The employee assembling my meal was friendly. The employee at the register was knowledgeable about the new rewards program and understood what was happening when I scanned my phone.

One of the real Mexican places I accidentally bumped into in my short 2 week Chicago visit way back in 2010. One of the reasons I was happy to have stayed in downtown Chicago was because of the close proximity to the Millennium Mile & the dearth of food joints one can find in and around, especially Qdoba. My favourites used to be the Mexican Chicken Gumbo, & the Chicken Quesadillas. The chips to order were always fresh & warm & the guacamole + sour cream is to die for. I am looking forward to trying them out after 7 years during my planned visit to Seattle, Washington.

The Fire-Roasted Shrimp is good! It carries a savory taste of both spice and a lemony zest, and the service I received was quick. However, some of the workers are very unprofessional. There were times where I was catered by very caring and accommodating individuals and not ignored by their side conversations. Please consider hiring more professional workers.
