Hellman’s mayo packets are SO FRUSTRATING to open. They half way tear open. threw away like 12 of them before i could get one to open with my fingers.

The place must’ve been in a current state of drought because the one and only lettuce in my burger was scarce that I cannot see it.Ive also learned that the Dead Sea is one of the saltiest lakes in the world. With the chicken nuggets being next.

They should rename this location to Sad Shack. The servers don't acknowledge you when you enter or offer to take your order. Every table was dirty and trash was on the floor. But the worst was the cold fries and dried out burgers. Do not get the Korean Burger as you will be ordering nothing but disappointment.

I love seeing Shake Shacks popping up around Chicago and near my office is even better. I stopped here for lunch every so often and enjoy it. It's right off the L if you're commuting which is convenient. You can never go wrong with their burgers and the chicken is pretty good too. Staff is always friendly and quick to serve.
