Extremely disappointed with service, manager Jasmine, and drink.They refused to add more water to strawberry acai, and they wanted to charge us to fill the drink 12oz that we paid.Store manager and employees argued with us and on top of it when I requested a manager card she didn’t give it to us.So folks if you dont want ice in your drink, and instead you want water STARBUCKS WILL CHARGE YOU FOR WATER!!Jasmine ‘store manager’ EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!!

This is a great Starbucks locations. Slightly off Michigan Ave.. the tourist don’t come here as often since it’s hidden in plain site.The staff is friendly & fast. Overall a good location!!I give this place a 5⭐️Jerry (the pigeon) gives it 5⭐️ as well

I have a soft spot for this Starbucks location as is the one I most often frequent when I am in need of an Americano fix post-workout. I can't say how the lines are during rush hour, but I have come in both during the week and on weekends and felt the line moved quickly and the drinks came out with a high level of speed and accuracy. There is always a place to stand without feeling like I am either hemmed in or getting in the way of others while I am waiting for my order. As a side note, mobile ordering (at this chain and others) can feel out of control -leading to in-store delays and widespread rudeness. It's nice that this location isn't swamped with online orders, allowing the baristas to better serve their walk-in customers. About half the time I grab and go, and the other half I enjoy my coffee in-store, and I have always found it easy to find a place to be seated. Will definitely be a fixture here -- hats off to the workers and management here for creating a consistently positive experience.

I love this location because the staff is very nice--it's my favorite location!!!! I would love to give them 5 stars but it won't happen until Sarah understands what lite ice means!!!! It's not about how much ice she thinks I should have--it's about what I(the customer) is paying for!!!! She don't get decide what I want!!!! I can have lemon water at home--for free!!!!!!!!!!!!
