literally the worst taco bell I've been to and so annoying this is the only one not 15+ away from me. food is always mediocre on flavor and fullness, always missing something on bigger orders, non-helpful employees, and they wont fulfill all the delivery orders and makes those poor drivers waste their time when they tell them to just cancel orders. fix the problems here or just shut it down honestly. I'll take the almost 20 minute drive for better quality.

The orders are always made poorly/incorrect and they NEVER include drinks or sauce packets. When called, IF they answer, they blame the delivery driver and say that it's their responsibility to grab "accessories" to the food they are "preparing"... What preparation? You can't even be bothered to cut your quesadillas or Mexican pizzas, and you don't read about allergies/make adjustments when it's requested and even paid for.I almost ordered delivery from here but remembered how I'm 100% disappointed every time.This location just needs to close/fire everyone and start over.Dietary restrictions: Don't even think about ordering from here if you have any dietary restrictions. They don't give a flying floozy about what people order.

The staff at this Taco Bell makes it abundantly clear that they don’t care at all. This location messes up everything it can. Almost as if they’re doing it on purpose. Mexican pizza? Not cut. Quesadilla? Not cut. Drink? You don’t get it. Ask for no tomatoes? You’re getting tomatoes. Almost every time, multiple items are missing or wrong. Once got a half filled drink. Avoid this location. Make the trip to another one or make tacos at home. Don’t waste time here, you’ll be disappointed.

The workers were rude. And the app sent my order to the wrong store and I still haven't received my money back after I had to reorder it to the correct store. I can't afford to lose any money even if it is 11 dollars and some change.

It is brutal to NOT give any sauce with your Taco Bell orders. Although I specifically asked for x amount sauce packets, which is all printed on the receipt and attached to the bag, i got NONE. Who eats Taco Bell dry?? without the sauces??? Was it too much to ask???Edit: as I continue putting up with this lousy food because this is all I get to eat in a day, there is a sharp piece of plastic inside of the chicken quesadilla. I picked it out of my mouth. Please reference the picture to see how sharp it is and what if I swallowed this shard??? Honestly unacceptable

Attention!! To ManagerAs a business entrepreneur, can you please answer these questions ? Please explain why?To be hired at any fast food company if I’m not mistaken, all employees must complete and have a food sanitation license to provide service, correct.1) anybody that is certified as a food, sanitation license are fully responsible to complete any food items prepared by the employee for the safety health department.2) why is a delivery driver responsible to complete a customers order for delivery service?3) why is the delivery driver who does not receive a food sanitation license is allow to complete the customers order ?4) why is the delivery driver allowed to used your fountain drink machine around the corner away from employees view not being supervised by employees?5) how can you provide the safety as food sanitation license for a Deliver Driver from adding anything into the drinks products before giving to the customer for safety?

Unfortunately this place always misses, I’ve given it many many chances in person as well as delivery. I’m always receiving someone else’s order or missing items from my own. The soda machine definitely tastes weird when it’s actually working. Wish they would take some time to fix these reoccurring issues.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time ordering from here (in person OR via delivery services lol). I've been once in person and it took ~ 30 minutes for a quesadilla Gave them one more try via Uber Eats -- they got the whole order wrong AND some of the food looked like it had been sitting out for hours... really disgusting.Never thought I'd leave a yelp review for a Taco Bell Save your money and time!!
