Was there 2 times within 10 minutes. They charged me for the right food but failed to give me the correct items. Food was hard and dry. Barely 2 drops of sauce on the tacos and nacho fries. This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue so they will now be losing a customer. ?

They rip-off vegans, after taking off 2 dairy products on a bean and rice. Burrito, it's like they just give you bean and rice residue. There's nothing to it but a rip-off. I don't take off dairy products because i'm not hungry and I want taco bell to save money. I will be calling the corporate office.

For that steep price, I expected a fulfilling experience with generous amounts of chicken and toppings. However, what I received was the exact opposite.The tacos were embarrassingly scant on the inside—each had a minimal amount of chicken and very skimpy toppings. As if that wasn't enough, even the tortilla didn't taste fully heated, adding another layer of disappointment to the meal. It's hard to emphasize just how let down I felt; at $14.59, this wasn't just a dent in my wallet, but a blow to my expectations.Overall, this Taco Bell experience felt like a complete rip-off, leaving me to question the value and quality of their offerings. I'd just like to say hey taco bell where's the meat? Is it something new on the menu........a shell taco? This is ridiculous. Last time ordering here! I would bring these shells back and ask for my money back but I can't drive because I'm awaiting back surgery. My hubby went to get me food after his long day of work and it made me angry just throwing my food into the garbage but he needs the rest and I doubt you'll give me my wasted gas money back too. Can't wait to post these on taco bells official site lol and tag this place!
