Just wasted an hour of my Saturday night just to never get my food, even after asking for help 3 times. None of the staff were helpful or even responsive in the slightest. I feel robbed. Don't eat at this poorly ran establishment.

Modifications followed, order was accurate. Chalupa shell was the hardest and most dense I've ever encountered. Not explicitly stale but definitely not fresh. Iced coffee unavailable, was given fountain cup as a substitute. Flavorful nachos but disappointing in size. Doubtful I will return; prices don't match the fairly low

Pretty poor customer service and they messed up 3 of 4 items.I ordered at about 9pm and got there a bit early to pick up my mobile order. There were plenty of staff talking to each other behind the counter eventually they walked over and placed my order on the mobile pick up. They did not include a cup for my drink so I waited up at the counter trying to catch their attention which was a struggle. Eventually I got my drink, got home only to discover they gave me the wrong dip to go with my fries, removed the beans from my burrito like I asked but did not include the sauce and potatoes I paid extra for. Finally one of my other tacos came as chicken when it was supposed to be beef.

Somehow this taco bell has become the fave haunt of the rowdy crowd. Not sure if they’re homeless but lots of shouting and arguing happening especially at night.Will not feel safe eating in here.Best to avoid if possible
I understand it's late. Better work ethics may be needed though, Sometimes one can barely understand what they may be saying or who they're calling on. I have waited for more than 30 mins and many more have waited longer. I know it's the city yet the wait has been almost more than 40 mins. A couple has waited an hour and staff said they didn't have the order. Please work for a better environment in the future. Multiple orders didn't come through and it is technological issues but many are left confused and spending money for a meal they can't find.

We ordered through the app and when we got there to pick it up they said they were closed and that we could not get our food. They charged me for my order anyways and there is no way to contact the store. I would like to receive a full refund for the items I delivered.

I ordered 3 drinks and did not receive any of them. Some of the items I ordered were supposed to be customized with guacamole, which I paid extra for, and nothing had guacamole on it. Two of my combo meals were completely missing items. Overall absolutely awful service. This quality of food preparation makes it seem like the chef was under the influence of something, or just didn't care at all.I also got catcalled by a stranger the MOMENT I stepped into the restaurant to pick up my order, and the man then proceeded to follow me out of the restaurant, asking me several times if I have a boyfriend. Not great. I'll never step foot in this hellhole again.
