There are 2 gentleman that work here that offer top notch customer service and I hope they get recognition for that. Next time I'll get their names because it's truly unexpected for the location and franchise but really refreshing. This is the only one I'll frequent.

There is a cashier named WILLIAM H that works there, extremely rude and still stuck in a hood boy mentality. Has no manners, bad attitude & doesn’t know how to problem solve when something is wrong. Told me he wasn’t going to refund me for a drink he didn’t have then told me to pull off. I will be calling corporate as well. Do better!

Prices are higher at this location (lower prices are in other demographics - you can compare pricing via the app) I keep it as simple as possible if I have to come to this Stony Island location due to it being so close by. Typically, I drive far away for better service but sometimes there's no time for that. Make sure you check your order for accuracy. (MAKE SURE).

Hispanic girl work in the drive-through has no social skills saw me standing there and I had to walk around on the other side to get some service. After I told her my name she still asked me what did I order after I told her my name, and how I was waiting on the mobile order. My mobile order was in right there in front of her she looked at it. and she kept asking me What did I order? Learn some better customer service.

I believe that the young lady working the walk up was over taken by the food ride share pick ups. But she held it down in a very calm, professional and courteous manner. She was on point. I was very impressed. Especially considering that there's a slight stigma regarding BLACK PEOPLE and customer service. Not here, not her. I believe her name is Aliscia. And get this, her shift was over but she stayed to help her team. If she's not the manager, she should and will be soon.

Went through the drive through. They have a round about window first I've ever seen at a taco bell so your change and everything flys around. I asked for hot sauce got none. Got no napkins for the to go order. Also got no fork fory cheesy potatoes. Had to eat them with my fingers lmao. I had left the drive through already so I couldn't go back and ask. Terrible service.

Da Boss Lady

If I could 0 star this crew I would. Not only did I have to wait to get out of the drive thru line to go around to the walk up window, in the rain, but then had to wait 30 mins only for them to hand the wrong order to the wrong driver and then hand me drinks to the order they sent with the other driver. SMH. Terrible organization and very slow
