30 minutes wait for a crunchy wrap, when i asked the dude if it was gonna take more time he started yelling to me and he told me that i didn’t know who i was messing with, LOL with a guy that cant make a taco in 30 minutes, sad place with sad people. Literally the worst experience ever i had in a “fast chain” restaurant. Avoid this place ❌

It was a late night munchies run after a night of drinking. I think it was 1am or so when we rolled. They had about 5 workers behind the counter but seemed like there wasn’t someone taking orders at the register. The pickup counter was swarmed with UberEats and DoorDash drivers so they were very busy. Your best bet was to place an order at the kiosk and just patiently wait, which is what we did.

I bought nacho grande with extra steak, extra tomatoes, extra cheese, extra sour cream. But what I got is nothing extra. Just a lot of nachos. I’m very disappointed for what I paid and what I got. Never going back there.
I came in about midnight after walking around downtown and this place was busy!The service was great, my order was on point and the mural inside is super neat. I’m unable to add photos to this location but 10/10 would eat here again.

Sandra the store manager very very rude! Always have an unpleasant attitude when going to this location. Manager or staff doesn't not follow proper food and handler rules. I watch the managers go out to the lobby touching the kiosk and walk right behind the counter touching food.When i address this concern with the "store manager" she begins to scream and yell at me. (Customer) very unprofessional and doesn't not know how to address customers concerns in a pleasant matter. I will call the city regarding my concerns. Do not recommend this location. This young lady should not be trusted to ran a store or team. Very unacceptable behavior

just an absolutely horrendous experience. i crack up laughing when i think about it now, but at the time it was just terrible. after lollapalooza, this place was expectedly packed and i completely understood that i would have to wait at least an hour for my food. i'm not one to rush or disrespect service workers so i simply imputed my order on their self service screen and waited with the crowd. this place was an absolute mess, workers were cussing out customers and after two hours of waiting, i did not feel comfortable asking about the status of my order because of this. at a certain point, they were full on yelling at customers. i witnessed them nicely ask one pair of men what their order was and they swiftly made it after realizing they had forgotten their order in the pile they had. however, when i tried to ask, i was called a b*tch and was accused of stealing someone else's food (which made no sense considering i had NO FOOD) keep in mind, at the time when i asked about my order i had been there for THREE HOURS because i was afraid to ask about my order without getting yelled at. ultimately, it was one am and unsafe to walk around at night as a woman so i simply left with no food and no refund. after contacting corporate, i still received no refund and have just given up on it at this point. tldr: don't go to this cursed taco bell after lollapalooza / just don't go here period

I live in rogers park where the taco bell there sucks. Last night was in river north and this is the BEST taco bell ive ever been to in my life. great food and very clean. Staff was friendly. If youre ever up late in river north be sure to hit this one up.
