I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up they told me that the system was down and they weren't accepting orders. But then I was told over the phone that they just weren't accepting walk in orders. I've heard from several other people that this particular location more so the employees at this location discriminate against the people that live in the neighborhood. Based on what I experienced and what I've heard from other people in the neighborhood it seems to be true. How are you going to refuse to serve black people in a predominantly black neighborhood? Don't even bother going here go somewhere else.

Worst wing stop i have ever been. U open the door and smells bad, i order anyways and 18 minutes later i see that they havent get my order done and there is no line no people 2 people infront of me got their order and i didnt get anything. I only had 4 minutes of my brake left so i canceled the order anyways they had not even start my order. They were just frying a lot of fries. I will never go back to that place and also i make sure to not recomend them. Very very slow people and bad service. I had to give one start to be able to do this otherways i would give them -2 starts

Messed up my entire order. HALF the order was missing. Because it was placed through a delivery service they wanted us to come pick up the items but we're from out of town and when I asked for a refund they stated they needed manager approval. If I would have known the service was this terrible I would have just lit the $72 dollars I spent on fire instead...

The place was clean and had a modern ambiance, but unfortunately, the customer service was highly unsatisfactory. I requested a cup of water, only to be refused with the statement, "we no longer provide that service." How is it possible that a paying customer is denied the basic courtesy of water while waiting? It is disheartening to encounter establishments in predominantly black neighborhoods that willingly disregard the dignity of their customers. This issue needs immediate attention and rectification

Today me and multiple other people were told that a special that is clearly posted in the store is not running anymore and there was no way to call a manager to confirm.This location is very discriminating how it chooses to operate in the neighborhood, the employees act like they don’t understand you when they clearly do or they simply act like they don’t know of any of the promotions that seems to be running at other locations but this one. How ironic …Just go to Hyde park instead and save yourself the trouble.

The food was fresh and very good. The service wasn't as great they jammed everything in small containers versus making sure things were set aside and label correctly. The atmosphere wasn't the best garbage on the floor and counters don't know if I'll come back to this location.
