The food is very delicious, the service is also just that they always have regular music, they always have reggaeton, it is not a nightclub, the person in charge of the location should have type of music.

We like going here because it remind us of our hometown in Mexico. While the food is good it has lost some of its authenticity throughout the years. Flavor is not consistent, the preparation of the Gordita is not the same every time .

Tried placing a order but the phone line apparently busy after about 10mins we finally got someone and I’m not sure if they put me on hold because all I heard was music and after another 5mins someone picked up the phone and hung up

I came to this restaurant asking for a gordita with cheese, beans and ground beef. Came to find out that the gordita had VERY LITTLE ingredients. The servir said that the owner tells the cooks to do so. These gorditas have literally no ingredients amd your just eating the tortilla . Pathetic and honestly my last time coming here. El mesón and aguas calientes would never do this type of embarrassment of food. Sorry not sorry. The owner has to be more willing to give more ingredients and not the bare minimum so he can make more money and save. Once again pathetic, and from the looks of the past reviews, I am no the first. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED
