Went to get some food today (12-30-25) at 1:30pm and the lady at the window was rude and disrespectful, also my food was cold and not enjoyable, if you hate your job then don’t work there.

The guy who took my order yesterday had a nasty attitude for no reason, guessing he was the manager

I called in an order and it gave me a pick up time. It was about a half hour out. When I got there the order wasn't ready and I had to wait about 20 more minutes. Get home with the order and start taking it out of the bags and it is not my order. I packed it back up and drove back to the store. My order was still sitting there. No apology was given, was just handed the correct order.

i tried to order the new menu items they only the tenders not the cake or cheese bites. and they charged me for it. never going back to this location. it needs to be closed down asap

The workers very slow and they didn’t give me and my co-worker what we ordered, we ordered white meat and they gave us dark. I ask for mild they gave me spicy. The only thing they got right was the sparkle packages, the chicken look like it was sitting all day or fried in old grease also by time we got our food it was cold. Service was horrible. Never going back to that location again they get a one star from us

I absolutely LOVED going to this location BUT this Saturday I placed an order amd spend close to $100 just to get home and after serving all the kids in my family it was the adults turn to eat... WHAT A HORRIBLE DINNER! The biscuits were uncooked, the chicken was cold AND flavorless. All of us adults did nothing but complain about how the once delicious popeyes has disappointed us! We called to inform them and the manager asked us to take the food back so they can replaced our order. How was I going to take more than half eaten food due to us serving the kids first although most of their food was also left on their plates... Heard yhe popeyes on 159th and kedzie was delicious guess ill have to go there and try it out and HOPE it meets my expectations especially for how pricey popeyes is! Hate to waste my money on disappoi ting food!

Slow service, stale pop. Workers hit on me every time I go. I shouldn’t have to order pop that taste nasty. Had to ask for ice in my pop , like be for real

My red beans and rice was cold. No type of heat was radiating from the lid. The chicken was not spicy at all. It taste like they mixed the wrong ingredients in this batch. Nothing was good overall. This site is lacking direction and if they don’t plan on implementing continuous improvement they might was well close this location. I will never be back. Highly disappointed.
