Pizza delivered took an hour and 20 minutes. After about 45 minutes the app said it was delivered. Called said they'd get it out right away, 40 minutes later. Cold pizza. Call any other pizza place then here. And the pizza looks like it was turned to it's side.

Please don't work here they change your hours to pay you less you won't get breaks and if you have a doctor's note they will refuse it I worked 18 hr my first day and only got paid for 8hr I worked 8am prep to2:45 am plus if you have a day off they call you in and if you don't they theten your job they lie out there teeth and I'm done with it there is better jobs out there also I was a manager and getting paid less then a driver and had to do all the work of a inside driver plus my own ElDorado Street Domino's in Decatur also rips ppl off on food cutting the amount of food we serve.

My mobile app said the food was done the whole entire time i was waiting but when they checked they said that they needed a few more minutes. Another 10 to be exact. Ordered pizza there tonight.Had to be the worst pizza I have ever attempted to eat. It was worse then a Casey's pizza after it sits in warmer for an hour which is exactly what happened. Ordered 2 pizzas and an employee dropped one of our pizzas so without informing me or even offering the fresh food while the other cooked they served food that had sat for half an hour which is the time my husband was informed it was done to when I asked about the food. I then continued to wait.There was a delivery guy working who seemed like he had business attitude and tried to make something right but the cashier lady definitely couldn't have cared less. The worst service and food ever. And definitely won't be back.

They took my money two weeks ago and never returned it. The manager is incompetent and does not care about satisfying the customer. The manager told me to look up the numbers myself to get a refund, then hangs up on me. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER give my money to ANY Domino's pizza, and I will forever encourage others to also never purchase from a. ompany who steals from their customers and refuses to refund me after double charging me!

Ordered online... Double charged me for my food, claimed I'd get refunded, but 6 days and 2 calls to corporate later I still don't have my money returned to me. Manager Brian is rude and incompetent as can be. I was told to find the corporate number myself because he didn't have it???
2 hours passed and no pizza delivery... called and the guy said he spoke with my husband and told him about 30 mins.... my husband was not spoken with and he lied and already had canceled the order. This was horrible and will never order there again. My husband had been awake for almost 48 hours working due to this weather. I am done with Dominoes!!!

Stopped here one night and my boyfriend went in to order. He ordered just a large pepperoni and some cheese bread. Just something simple because we had been traveling all day and just wanted something quick so we could get to a hotel and call it a night. So he placed the order and told him it would be about 20-25 minutes. So after 25 minutes he went back in to get the food, while I sat in the car waiting for him to come back out. And wait I did. Because after the initial 25 minutes that we waited

My pizza was extremely doughy. I couldn’t pick up a piece without the toppings falling off. It didn’t taste good at all. Pizza didn’t taste done. I wasn’t able to eat it. I’m very disappointed.
