I'm a truck driver and had to make a stop at Walmart, which is in the same plaza. Saw the restaurant lights from across the parking lot. They had a good amount of cars parked in front for it to be the middle of the week. Decided to walk over, and as soon as I walked in, someone greeted me at the door. The inside decor looked very authentic and the people inside looked like they were enjoying themselves. I was seated immediately and the waiter came right over to take my order. The food was very good and filling. I had to take a to-go plate.

This small Mexican eatery was quite excellent. The Fajita Rodeo is pictured, and it was delicious. To make the flavors blend, I asked them to cook the vegetables well done, and they did it flawlessly. That request is usually ignored, so when the food arrived, I was pleasantly delighted. My wife and I could eat this dish and still have plenty left over. Both the salsa and the queso had a distinct flavor. This southern lad also received a perfectly brewed sweet tea.
