Ordered a 16" delight with breadsticks and monkey bread. Pizza was burnt and missing most of the toppings. Had a long hair perched on the end of one breadstick. When picked up manager was leaning on a table, munching chips in the food prep area.One of my worst dining experiences in recent history. Can't rate lowly enough.$60 and i felt nauseous by the end of it.

Our Veterans VFW had a party of 20 we tried to make a reservation for and they would not take our reservation. We were utterly shocked they wouldn’t serve our veterans from the VFW so we ended up making a reservation at the south shores location! I found this to be disappointing to say the least. When veterans can’t get a reservation in America you know it’s bad!

We love Monicals pizza and their salad dressing. We were there to celebrate a family anniversary. It is a great place to have a small celebration. We are always seeing birthday parties while we are in there.
We all wish we had a salad bar. We no longer have a salad bar in decatur.

Lettuce in salad was brown and slimy. The chicken was okay, but the rest of the salad wasn't made as described on the menu. It was the basic salad with chicken, not what I ordered. Don't order salad here, they're clearly not keeping up with required safety standards.
