The food tasted very authentic like I was back in Italy. The service was very friendly and fast. I wished they had my dessert choice ready but alas they did not. So I chose another and it was good. Nice atmosphere as well. Finally another Italian restaurant option that is good in town! Lastly special shout out to Vito he was fabulous and was very good with my mother who is hard of hearing.

"This place was by far the worst Italian restaurant I have ever been to. The only thing worthwhile is the bread that they serve. I can guarantee you that the shrimp ravioli is just frozen and then boiled. And they put a sauce on it that has probably been in a pot since they opened in the morning. The shrimp still had their tails on them. Our son got the chicken fingers and french fries. Crazy that they didn't have ketchup. My fiancée was also very disgusted with her dish. Maybe I have been spoiled in St. Louis because we have The Hill. but I would recommend the owner or the cooks to take a trip and go to any restaurant in Saint Louis (The Hill) to see how it should be done at this price point. Don't even want to talk about the stuffed mushrooms, but also terrible. Very surprised this place even has any good reviews. Can honestly say this is worse than Fazoli's."

My husband had the dish called Lucky Guess. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo and we both had salads with homemade Italian dressing. We couldn't talk as we ate. All we could say is WOW. Paul says magnifico, I say terrifico. A must go to, A LOT. VERY VERY VERY GOOD.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I went to Napoli’s 2 years ago for Valentines Day. Our meal was delicious! Our server was miserable. She never smiled, never came back to our table to check on us. Needless to say, after we paid our bill, my husband informed her of her poor service.Last evening, 2 years later we went with his parents to celebrate a birthday. We arrive at 6pm on a Saturday night and the place was fairly empty. We should have known. The worst part was we had the same server from 2 years ago. She had not improved. The food was ok, the rolls were cold and the server never checked on us, again. The bathrooms were frigid and no hot water! We will not go again. I will end this review with a compliment. My husband and Father in law said the lasagna was delicious!

Disregard these snooty peoples reviews, this place is a great place to enjoy a meal. I really enjoy the pizza it’s crispy and thin with perfect cheese and topping ratio. Americans are spoiled with customer service but in Europe it’s way different and this is an Italian restaurant owned and operated by Italians.

Took my mother out for New Year’s Eve, they don’t take card, charge 1$ per roll after the first basket, and charge 6$ for olive oil for the first round of bread. Service was sub par, the wine numbed the pain of the silence as the music wasn’t turned on till they had enough people inside.

Truly excellent - came here on a whim while in town antiquing, one of the best impulse choices we've ever made! As we walked in, a couple was telling the hostess it's their favorite place in town, and we can see why! Their rolls are EXCELLENT - we were given 3 to start, and ordered 6 more. We had the stuffed mushrooms to start, followed by the Trio special (lasagna, chicken parm, and fettuccine alfredo), and the tuttomare - all of it was excellent Service was prompt and very friendly - that nice blend of attentive, but not in your face.Parking: Parking right out front was free for 2 hours. Unsure of additional lots (didn't need to look for one).

Ate here for the first time a couple of years ago and it was very good. Tonight it was awful. Service was okay, not great, but we will definitely not be back. There were six of us on a Friday night and we were the only customers.

Wanted to try Napoli’s for the first time due to the rave review from friends. We were barely there for 5 minutes and ended up walking out. From the moment we walked in the door the hostess had an attitude. The place was empty. There were no other customers but apparently we were an inconvenience just by walking in the door. Not a good first impression.

Awful! and a waste of money! the waitress was very rude after being asked to take something off, even though she messed up the order. the food was disgusting and not worth the price, the place seemed questionable and decorations things still had the tags on them.

Great meal today at Napoli's. Their menu is quite wide-ranging as far as Italian food is concerned. Our group ordered a range of entrees, and everyone was very pleased. The service was wonderful.

Came in 2 hours before closing to have dinner. Everything tasted great, but the chicken and shrimp tetrazzini would’ve tasted better without listening to the waitress talk crap LOUDLY about LGBT people and transgenders at the front counter, not to mention right after taking our order she turned around and was cursing and barely spoke to us again. The restaurant was empty other than us so not a very nice atmosphere for the night.
