This is the best Noodles & Company I have been to because of the service! The staff is incredibly friendly and warm, especially Zach. It seems like he has regulars that he knows on a personal basis. I briefly interacted with Ron as well and he was also very nice.

The service was awesome. The guy who took my order (male, red hair) gave me customer service that was better than a 5 star restaurant. I find it funny that I am this satisfied at a fast food place- but he was just incredible. All of my kudos to him and whoever trained him. Deserves massive raise and promotion.Vegetarian options: I’m vegan and there’s good options. The Japanese pan noodles are fully vegan as they come.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options.Parking: A huge parking lot

Overall decent meal for what it was. I came in on weekend lunch to pick up a couple of meals. Ordered the small size, which they definitely were, especially considering the price tag for these. The Buffalo Chicken Mac (without the Buffalo sauce) was over $11 for the small size entree. The small Wisconsin Mac and Cheese was $7, so about a $4 price difference for the protein. There was no one in the restaurant when I went and it was lunch hour. If you want macaroni and cheese this is the place to come for it. The orders were made quick and I did not have to wait long.

Great options for everyone. Vegetarian and Vegan options available. Crispy treats were lacking marshmallow but still tasty.

I ordered through the noodles and company app, they delivered but part of my order was entirely missing. They replied back sorry can’t refund you but you can come back next time will give you the order for free and they hung up on me. Nice customer service management? They can’t even refund what I didn’t get in my order? What kind of store management is this

We ordered 9 items for delivery on Saturday night. Only 8 were delivered and when I called the store, the manager said I could come pick up the missing item. He would not deliver it to me because they were "packed." When we asked for a refund of the item, tip, and delivery fee, he refused. Eventually he hung up on me. Online feedback to Noodles has also gone unanswered. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I would consider Noodles & Company a pretty good and reliable fast-food restaurant when we want a quick bite that is hot and decent. We usually go to the one in Deerfield. It was a life-safer, or rather a time-safer, when we were moving years ago. There were many nights that my hubby and I just went there to eat and spent our evening and night packing away. At the time, the tables and chairs were usually not too clean, but the quality of the food had been consistent. We have not dined in there for years now, but still pick up carryout occasionally. Our favorites are Penne Rosa with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Breast and Feta Cheese. My other favorites are Pad Thai with Grilled Chicken Breast. Recently I tried their Japanese Pan Noodles with Marinated Steak (steak recommended by them online), and have mixed reviews on this dish. The caramelized Udon noodles in sweet soy sauce were tasty and good, however, I would not recommend their Marinated Steak. It was overcooked, kind of dry and chewy, and quite disappointing. I should have gotten the Oven-Toasted Meatballs which are usually not bad. By the way, I always remove cilantro and lime wedge when making choices. Staff members whom we have encountered at this location have always been nice and friendly. They have never made any mistakes on the different choices that we picked online. The orders are usually ready within 15 minutes. We would keep Noodles & Company on our list of fast food.

I haven't tried Noodles &Co often, but the overall experience I've had with this brand has been that if you don't know how to boil water and cook instant ramen and you don't like the grocery store brand prepared noodles, this might be for you. I say this without satire because the service provided in the restaurant is great, but regardless of which franchise it is, their food give off an unexpected vibe with excessive vinegar to lighten the meal.Usually when I'm craving noodles I want to be hit with something heavy and be on the teetering edge of a food coma. Lots of Italian restaurants here do exactly that with the added garlic bread and I love them for that. Noodles and Co however, is experimenting a different view. They're looking to make healthy noodles, which is a distinct juxtaposition from what they are expected to be. It's like the companies that make veggie straws, they market it to be organic and healthy, but the unfortunate fact is that both of them are equally unhealthy by their processed sources and their portions.I had the Buffalo Mac & Cheese with a cup of unsweetened decaf Honest Tea and a rice krispie wedge. They seemed to lay off on the white vinegar this time around. The sliced breaded chicken was a good palate cleanser followed by tea to chase down. The sauce surprisingly was pretty spicy. It's not in your face spicy, but it'll make your nose runny. Eating the bowl of mac with chopsticks didn't feel weird until I was halfway in. It's strange to not see a macaroni salad from this brand, it'd be on point too, considering what they're pushing.I suppose if you wanted to get someone to stop eating noodles once and for all you could try bringing them to a noodles and Co ?
