We loved celebrating our twins’ Quinceañera here at Astoria! From the very first appointment, Max (the manager) was incredibly helpful. Throughout the entire planning process, he was patient, flexible, and supportive. On the day of the party, the entire staff made sure everything ran smoothly and helped with anything we needed. Thanks to them, the event was a complete success!

Thank you for your exceptional service, punctuality, flexibility. Everything was so smooth and professional. Thanks to Max and all other contributors that we had no chance to see but were there for us! You guys are incredible!!!

Our wedding at Astoria was a dream come true! The venue itself was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout. The food was exceptional. Google should take away this one star. We had my brother’s wedding here first week of August. Man on man, where do I start.
1. Wow, does a contract not mean anything to these guys???
2. We were not provided the service we agreed on and paid for.
3. Basic soda service was on the contract yet, guests were denied from it because it was for alcohol. Wtf is that about? Do not put it in the contract if you can’t provide it. It’s simple.
4. Food was a huge disappointment for two events out of 3.
5. They missed so many little things that would matter to the family and the bride and groom and the guest.
6. I have personally attended many events and always there is something they messed up and just simply apologize for it. Months before this wedding. I had a friend so an event and came back telling me “watch out and make sure you’re on top of the contract” it was bit too late for us since we paid all.
I can go on and on about the whole contract and the things they missed. The management overall is garbage.
You can find much better place to do your events where you will be respected as a paying customer and get the service you pay for and deserve.

Ashyanna Banquets is a great venue. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. It’s a beautiful space for any type of event. Thank you to the staff that helped us transport our equipment after the event!
