Overly expensive, small portions and if you decide to have a plain option, the employees mock your choice. Will not return. Ever.

Food is always good and items are built with your choices of ingredients. Guac and queso are extra so item price can increase quickly. Make sure you ask for more chips if needed as I never have 1/2 enough in first bag. Staff were friendly and you get a welcome when entering.

Guy was wear ear buds and only herd half of what I wanted in my stack . He couldn't even hear his manger. They should not be allowed to wear ear buds while on the clock

good portions ablittle cold with no way to heat so better to be able to take home for extra heating mostly nice people lots of teen age hires so be patient

Dietary restrictions: be careful with a make line no way to rule out cross contamination for allergies but clean overall for food preferences ingredients all separate

Kid-friendliness: it's more of an adult food bar set up like subway make your own bowl picky kids probly won't love

Wheelchair accessibility: has wheelchair ramps and blind friendly sidewalks but semi dangerous busy area to bring blind people to because of how busy would recommend take out , for people who become over stimulated
doors are kinda heavy, and the buttons are super slow and have been broken before

I ordered quadruple protein, and it's cheaper than double protien at Chipotle. Food tastes way better too!

To-go containers are of such poor quality more ends up on you and the floor then left in the bowl. That includes placing the container on a hard surface to open. Staff members Returned our call and were very responsive stating they feel the same way but are being forced by corporate to use them. Overall quality of the food we were able to eat was very good. Melissa was very responsive to our criticism and will forward it to the proper people.

Absolutely ridiculous. Spent 15 bucks for a chicken bowl and had an employee pick it up. Looks like they are following Chipotle's method by only filling half of the bowl. I will never spend money here again.

It's like a taco bell mixed with chipotle. Cheaper food but lacks the quality that you would get at chipotle. It wasn't bad for what it cost. Just not my cup of tea
