I have never left a poor review but service upon picking up an order tonight was completely horrible. I addressed this young man when I entered the store for a pickup and I was completely ignored. I said hey and still ignored me and then walked to the back as if he didnt know i was there. Then when he came out he did his thing and I asked if the order was for me and he had an attitude and I almost came out of my shell. I asked about the drink and he had an attitude when saying D.Coke. No one should have to experience poor customer service. This is why businesses are closing down. I know companies are in need of workers but its not good to hire anyone that at least doesn't have customer service skills.

We came to the East Peoria location on July 4 th. They were out of chicken, steak, guacamole and numerous other things. The 2 people working were very slow and did not seem concerned or apologize for being out of so much food. After I ordered they shut down the line and said they were going to catch up. Before leaving i used the restroom which was discusting. I believe they locked the doors after we left. We left at approximately 7:30 pm. I will not be returning there.

The food at Qdoba is almost always wonderful... I usually go on the other side of tow though because the service is way better there

Ordered two bowls. First was a steak bowl with pinto beans, steak, queso, pico, cojita, cilantro. Got no beans, no cilantro, no pico, with corn (I’m allergic) and tortilla chips ( I do not like) Also on the order was a steak quesadilla. (MISSING) Second bowl didn’t have half the stuff either… WTH? This happened before and thought we would try them again. Shame on me. NEVER EVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. EVER.

I have to say that the trash in the flower pot out front of the store wasn't very nice and could easily have been remedied. The parking lot wasn't dirty though. We have eaten there before and the food was very good. This time though one of the employees was rubbing the skin on her stomach and back with her food handling gloves. That really made me squeamish but I still ordered food and ate it at the restaurant. The restaurant didn't seem dirty. The food was very good and one of the employees was friendly. Not the one that was touching her stomach and back so much though. I don't know if there is much hope for her but at the very least she should be trained a little better in food hygiene. I would think the owners wouldn't want this kind of a review. I would have been more generous with the rating except for the food serving gloves rubbing the skin.
