WORST DUNKIN. Every order I have ever gotten I have had to GO INSIDE to get it made right. Been here a total of 4 times and not a single order has been correct. Make it make sense people! It's coffee not Wall Street. Do better.

We bought 3 ice coffee via drive through. When the lady handed over one cup fell out the holder and spilled all in our car. She's like you didn't catch it and didn't even say a sorry. This is terrible customer service. We would not recommend anyone shop in this store.

First, mornings can get really busy at this location and the drive thru is in a weird spot so you might be waiting on the first. I didn't remove a star for this because I don't think it's the businesses fault and because the line does move fast. As I've stated for my other Dunkin' reviews I always get the same drinks. This location makes them right and makes them fast. No complaints!

People handle my money and debit card with gloves wherever I go, but I get my ice cream handed to me with no gloves. It's disgusting. I mean I like eating my cone but when it's touched by bare hands I prefer not. Ice cream is delicious, but it should be mandatory to wear gloves whenever handling food and changed after touching money and so forth. My opinion

I went through the Drive through on 3/1. I ordered an Iced Mocha and an Iced Caramel coconut mocha. I had to repeat my order at least 3 times because the man working the window did not understand what I was ordering. I wound up driving to the window and talking to him face to face. He was trying to give me Iced black coffee with mocha flavoring and iced black coffee with coconut flavoring. I kept trying to explain to him what I wanted and he kept arguing with me that this is what I ordered. I left and went to Starbucks. I was tempted to bring him the Iced mocha to show him what it looks like but didn't. I will not being going back there again.

Maria and Kim have the worst customer service ive ever seen. Maria was supposed to be the manager and I drove in asking for the new holiday cold coffee flavor of toasted gingerbread Which she said didn't exist. I also ordered hash browns which I returned because they were so cold. I had to drive around the drive thru just to take a picture of the seasonal flavor of toasted gingerbread on the drive thru billboard just to prove to her that she was wrong. Worst experience ever. I have everything recorded on how poorly they treated me and how nasty they made my coffee. Will not be going back!
Ordered a birthday cake. They messed it up in some many ways. DO NOT order a cake from them!

Drinks and ice cream are good but so disappointed to never find donuts in the evening! Have been at this location multiple times and have never seen donuts after 6pm. Good thing the company is supposed to drop the donuts part from their name...
