Boston Market has become an Openly Lucrative scam that tricks customers into wanting to come for their delicious 1/2 Dark Chicken, Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, turkey, mac n cheese, green beans, rotisserie, and who can forget the cornbread, but Boston Market has a tendency to falsify their operating hours. Sadly, my local Boston Market in Elgin Illinois has closed, and no one was there when I drove up in late October 2023. I am giving five stars because I have always had great service and food when I go to this chain.

First restaurant or chain I've ever seen get tinted windows so dark you can't even tell if they are open. No visible signs saying open or active, leading to them close. Food was good but whoever made the architectural or decor decision to tint the windows so dark you can't see if it's ever open. Good job screwing it for everyone
