THE SLOWEST drive thru service in existence. The ice cream is fine, but that's thanks to corporate creating the recipes, not the teenagers in the kitchen with below average IQs.

The low rating that this place has is deserved in my opinion. I got a coffee flavored ice cream drink and I could not stomach it. 90% went to the garbage. Not liking the flavor is one thing, can't stand the taste and tossing it all out is quite another. This was a drive thru experience since the inside was closed due to Covid. I would not recommend this place.

I highly recommend that you go to a different Dairy Queen. Every time I go, there is an extremely long wait. Today there were 4 cars in front of me, 3 which had already ordered and I was in line for 40 minutes. Then we get our blizzards which were only filled 3/4 and barely had any toppings in them.

Went for ice cream with our grandkids 4 and 15 months. Still not open for inside dining. Very hard to take ice cream home with little ones. At this point in time to not have inside available is ridiculous. We have been customers for many years. We won't be back. I can't imagine it would be this way if Cary still owned this store.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a large chocolate ice cream blizzard with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Later that night after I got home I realized that they made a chocolate ice cream blizzard with peanut butter (no Reese’s). I drive 15 minutes back to the store and told the girl who was working the drive through what happened. She proceeded to pick through my blizzard and said, “Well, I do see some Reese’s”. I was shocked!!! And THEN SHE SAID, “If I remake it I will have to charge you for some of it”!!! The worst customer service!!! They never have a manager working. Only teenagers. Absolutely terrible experience!! Will never go back to this location. I will also be calling their corporate offices.

Terrible. Terrible. This is the THIRD time I have pulled out a piece of paper/plastic from my mouth after eating a blizzard from here. Not going to waste anyone's time with my long review, look back to the 20+ single star reviews everyone else seems to have the exact same issues/ worse. Supper slow service. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes after paying. Place was dead , I was only car there. Kid said his coworker didn't show up , he was there alone. I ordered a blizzard and 1 cone . How long can that take, come on. Then kid served us finally, mask on but no gloves. Don't waste your time or money. I guess covid is a joke to young kids.
