went there Saturday night to buy food for 6 people. Went with the 16 piece meal. What a waste of money. Dried out chicken, with absolutely no flavor. Went there at 630 pm so it should have been fresher food. Hush puppies were used as pool balls instead of eating them. Not sure what is going on there but 2nd time had awful food. Wont be a third time. Wasted almost $60

Food was OK but Service is terrible. I asked the cashier if they are refills on pop he said yes. Then when I tried to get a refill, the other cashier refused to give me one without trying to charge me. I don’t recommend this place.

Once again, What has happened to this location? I thought the overcooked biscuit issue last time was a fluke. Apparently NOT. They are way overcooked. They should be light golden, NOT dark brown hard crust. Is it new owners? I've never had this issue at any location except Elk Grove, recently. Please fix this. I will be giving it one last try before I stop going to this location all. Together. Please check your own advertisement posters for what the biscuits are supposed to look like, color wise.

I got the ten chicken strip special with mash potatoes and broccoli and cheese. The buffalo sauce was good but the hot sauce was unappetizing. The food itself was mediocre. Service was fine.

The specialty Mac and cheese was some noodles with a glob of Velveeta ?. Not one sprinkle of seasonings. The chicken was not seasoned as well..

The price online is not what you get. It’s over priced I asked the person who took my order she said they haven’t changed it. The biscuits were gummy. The chicken was ok only little dry my wife says. Won’t go back to this Brown chicken again!!! Cost extra.

Visited here while at a softball tournament across the street. We place a pick up order by calling. We had good service. Worker was kind and efficient. When we got there we had a little bit of a wait for the food but that's was ok the food was all cooked fresh. I have never visited a Browns but I was not too impressed. The chicken tenders were quite bland. I liked the corn fritters but it was just basically a fried bread ball not much corn. The apples were absolutely amazing. They did forget our fried mushroom's originally but we went back and got them, they gave us extra for forgetting. They were pretty good. Overall it was alright! I know there are lots of Browns fans out there I just don't think it was quite for me, nothing against this specific location.
