Second time I receive incorrect mobile order
I was just about to place an order from DoorDash, which it still said I had 15 minutes left to place my order, it was 8:29 PM, store closes at 9, and I called the store asking a question about a sauce where she informed me they had already shut down their system and will not be receiving any orders from any app. I asked why they did not notify DoorDash and all she said was we don’t have to. We decided to turn it off for the night. So I’m sorry about that. That was all she had to say. Had I not have called to ask a question about sauce, I would be sitting for endless amount of time waiting for my order, not even knowing it’s not gonna be complete since they just turned off their system at their own Decision without notifying anybody. I am somebody who has been part of Retail management, I personally strive on customer service. This is actually horrible customer service, and it seems to be lazy so they can get out early. I understand having to turn systems off at times, I am very familiar how the DoorDash system works, from working in a previous restaurant. All they need to do is turn it off or contact DoorDash to turn off for the evening. This is very disrespectful for anyone who might be hungry and trying to place an order.

Ordered through the app went to pickup my order off the shelf and it wasn’t there someone took my food. Waited for my order to be remade. Server was nice. Went to go eat my sandwich and found beard hair on it. Threw sandwich away. Contacted their customer service have not heard back it’s been over a week. Poor customer service and they do not resolve any issues you have.

Very kind staff! I placed an order on 9/22 around 7:30pm and the gentleman who answered was very professional and when I arrived at the store he was excited to let me know he was able to provide the Mac and cheese cups after all, which was very thoughtful. I live in Northlake and will drive to Elmhurst because of their exceptional service.

I asked Leandria if anyone was going to acknowledge me as a customer and take my order, and she replied with, I'm filling online orders that have already come in. I told her that was fine but acknowledging the customer is important. Hello, I'll be right with you would've been nice. She waited another 2 mins before asking me what could she get for me. At the point I didn't want anything. Poor customer service.

Good sandwich extremely extremely expensive.
We when for lunch at St Charles location with my family. Unfortunately, we had bad customer service experience. Stating with the person taking our order. He was rude and unhelpful. Not going back

In my experience with this restaurant, there is decent prices, an origional lineup of sandwhiches, absolutely amazing chili, shakes and a good chip selection as well. Facilities are clean and frequently cleaned & the staff is very professional and helpful.
I was honestly so disappointed in the service here. On Wednesday(tonight) three people were working. 2 girls and one boy. They were so incredibly rude. Constantly on their phones and touched the food which was so unsanitary and unprofessional. They were not accommodating at all and I saw someone spill their drink on the floor and all of them watch the young lady clean it up all by herself with small napkins. At any restaurant i’ve been too, the staff have always helped and it becomes their job to clean that up so that it’s clean the right way and safe for people to walk and not slip and fall. I thhink more people would come here and sit inside if the people weren’t so rude and judgmental and unsanitary.

Had an issue with them not honoring the BOGO deal.Followed up with the store and talked with the manager. They were willing to refund the amount however we talked a bit more and agreed that addressing the issue and taking care of the customer at the time of checkout is a much better option.Glad they care about customer service.

I’ve been to this potbelly a few times, and had great service with kind workers. When I went today, there was a bald man working who I assume was manager and I had a terrible experience with him. He was impatient and had an attitude. I felt very uncomfortable ordering from him and he made the atmosphere unenjoyable. I decided to stay to eat my food and heard him snap at the other workers 3 times in the span of 20 minutes I was there. I won’t be going to this location again.
