First time we went in we had to wait for the host to be found and the second time - with two families waiting to be seated - they had to find the host and then when he came out he proceeded to help a delivery driver first. We left.

Definitely not worth the trip, wait, or the money. The waiter didn't bring napkins or utensils. I had to ask 4 times to get utensils and we only got 3 sets for 5 people, so we had to ask for more again. We were told it was a 10 minute wait but waited 40 minutes. One plate was full of grease and the other plate was cold, the cold one got sent back and came back full of grease too. They sent us an extra plate of food that we didn't ask for and like 6 sauces. So on the check we saw we were charged 20$ for that plate we didn't order and 1$ for each sauce. Our check for 3 people was 84$ outrageous considering the food was pisspoor.

Food was okay, wouldn’t come back to eat again. Shortly after my boyfriend and I ordered , there was a lady who came in after us, and she got her food within 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile we had waited for at least 25-30 minutes after we ordered. They weren’t that busy at all. Boyfriend wasn’t pleased with his meal and mine was decent. Server was slow and rarely checked on us as if she was trying to avoid us. Overall we just weren’t satisfied. Restaurant is not like it used to be anymore.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A RESTUARANT! We had driven 5 hours for a baseball tournament and wanted to have a nice sit down meal. 15 minute wait was not terrible but it all went downhill when we got seated. Our server did not come take our drink order for about 15 minutes until she finally came and took both our drink and food order. It took our food 35 minutes give or take to come to our table, and that was after the food runner was walking around with our food on a platter around the restuarant. When it got to our table, 3 of 4 dishes were cold. Two were kept but one went back. And when that plate came back, it was clearly reheated in a microwave because it was extremely dry and gross. The alfredo was watery, the burger had charcoal pieces in it and cold, and the fries tasted like they had just come out of the refrigerator. Could not even rinse our food away because the water tasted so disgusting, almost like chemicals and metal was in it. Again, took us to ask for our bill to get it. Absolutely horrible.

My fiancé & I came here about 6 months ago. We ordered drinks & got our appetizer before our drinks. We ate our appetizer & finally got our drinks. We drank them pretty quickly, after already eating the appetizer. We ordered another drink & got our entrees & again were waiting on our drinks. He went to the bar to see where our drinks were & they hadn't been made yet. The bartender then made them & the waitress brought them to us, when we nearly finished eating our entrees. We decided to go again & see if things had got better there. The food is always good but the service isn't. Today we went again & had nearly the same experience. The only difference this time was the drinks were ready at the bar, while our waitress seemed to be on break. We won't go back to this Applebee's again. It seems the management doesn't fix employees lax behavior, along with stained carpet & seats.

My mom and I came here tonight for dinner, walked in and took 5 minutes to even be noticed, ordered our drinks which took 5-10 minutes to get, ordered the 2 for $25 deals, she got the bacon cheeseburger and I got the 8 ounce steak that I ordered medium well, it came out burnt to a crisp, no taste, all I tasted was the char, but I was to hungry to send it back, was to loud in there, the table next to us had three kids under I would say 4 and they were screaming their heads off, disturbing everyone in the restaurant, waitress was ok I guess, next time I want a good steak I'll go next door to Texas Roadhouse!
