the staff at this location is so rude for no reason. it doesnt matter how nice and respectful you are they treat you like an inconvenience not to mention they like to blast their explicit music to the point where its so loud you could hear it outside. never again.

I am a usual customer but today had a bad experience. Got a bowl but rice was uncooked. Too much of a hassle to go back and return. Someone should do basic quality check of food. For the cost we pay quality needs to improve. I may go back but disappointed this time.

I am so disappointed in my service tonight. The entire crew made up of only guys allneed to be trained on customer service. I was the only person in line at first and the guys talked and made online orders for atleast 5-8 minutes before even acknowledging me. Moving extremely slow as a line formed just a complete lack of consideration for our time and money. I had to wait atleast 5 minutes for each station with no clear reason as most of the guys were just talking to each other. The line was a disaster they need a pm supervisor or just someone who knows how to run a restaurant up at the front making sure they are keeping things clean and neat because it looked a mess. And my chips look like I soaked them in water that’s how greasy they are I’m not sure why they were soaking wet with grease but I cannot eat them you guys need to do better!!!!!!!

This Chipotle location is wildly inconsistent with the quality of their food as well as forgetting items you ordered for delivery, such as chips and Queso Blanco.Whether they put raw fajita veggies or uncooked rice in your burrito, or simply just forget to put items you purchased in your bag, it's inconsistent and poor quality due to poor customer service.I also have had burritos that have tasted almost like they touched a chemical, like the containers were not properly rinsed or something. At first I felt like maybe that was just me or maybe I was too critical. But recently I accidently ordered from the location at 510 S. Sutton Road. It is a stark difference in the quality of their food and the customer service. I tasted none of the strange "chemical* taste. everything was cooked properly, and I really enjoyed the meal I had at the 510 S. Sutton location, unlike what I have gotten from this location.I think the staff needs to care more about the work that they do. And their lack of care and motivation may not be theirs to blame so I will not entirely blame them.

This place is terrible. Never order online delivered food from here. They charged me for food and it never came. Then when you call, you can’t get through to an actual human. And this isn’t the first time. This location used to actually be alright, but idk what happened because it’s the worst now. Even the food isn’t the same. And I know because I used to work for a chipotle location. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using their online ordering services to anyone. Unless you want to go through the process of calling your credit card company to cancel the charge. Because they take the money first and then don’t have it in the system.

Go to a different location. Ordered on the app, portions were significantly less than the people who ordered in person. Rice was undercooked and hard, random scraps of veggies that weren’t edible mixed in. Not the same Chipotle.

This location is not a good one. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to pick up the order, my order wasn’t ready at the time promised. They took care of all their in line customers and my order was the very last of that rush. When I asked about my order, the cashier kept saying it’s almost done twice. They’re not making me a steak, it’s either done or it’s not. When I expressed my frustration with the delayed order, instead of an apology, she asked if I wanted a drink while I wait. I wasn’t planning on submitting a review, but to make matters the worse, my burrito was extra soggy and wasn’t wrapped well. It was super messy, I couldn’t even eat it. That tells you they were in a rush to make my burrito. D for food, F for service.
