If I can give this place a zero I would . I went there today and let me start by saying that this is by far the worst paleteria I have been too. The aguas frescas are disgusting ? they are over loaded with sugar nothing refreshing about that . The service was horrible . We were the only ones there ordering and the lady who took our order was rude . My husband order salchipapas and the lady asked if mayo, ketchup and salsa was fine he told her only ketchup and salsa when she gave us the order it was ketchup and mustard when we asked her like hey i think you may have heard us wrong she got defensive and gave a nasty look and raised her voice with an attitude . The customer is always right and the way we were treated is unacceptable. Especially since we asked nicely . Owner if you are reading this check your employees or you will lose customers . Definitely not going back .

The cakes are very good but the service is terrible. I have been there like three times and all three times they have served us reluctantly.

There is a lot of crowding and you ask the kids to prepare the Eskimo popsicles for you and they don't have time except for the ones that are already made.

Go here often but recent times I’ve gotten a torta and the man who made it never really put everything on it even though I said everything on it. Skinny and mushed a bit. I was home already so I just ate it like that. Ended up getting en elote from there as well I got home and saw they had only put elote but no mayo or none even though again I said everything on it. Mind you they had no people when I went so I’m not sure why they rushed it. Overall I like this place but I feel like they’ll get more hype once they update their menu online. I’ve seen they have new things but on their website definitely needs in update. For the people who need to order through phone. Makes it more convient.
