Presentation was not bad but the wait was HORRENDOUS. I assume this to be because it is family owned and they currently lack staff. We had a table of 7 and the plates all came within a 5-10 minute time difference. Food was cold, probably because of lack of organization. Very Friendly, hospitable owners, and a beautiful restaurant but do not recommend visiting for a large table. Maybe 1-2 people so it doesn’t take so long. If they don’t step up the speed and organization I don’t see this place lasting long.

Tastes homemade - I loved it. The salsa was a little meh but when my 2yo randomly demanded pancakes at dinner, they made them! Tamales, rice, and beans were great!
Ate there awhile back, it was OK. just got back again under new management. a little quiet. The food portions was excellent and service very friendly. I plan on returning. Family oreinted.

Where do I start the services or the food!! When we first came in we were greeted right away and we ordered from the breakfast menu. Our server (Angel) was on point he was there right away to get our order of drinks and was back in a flash to check to see if we were ready to order. When the food came out it was nice and hot. My daughter had Carlos French Toast with Strawberry. I had the calienta and it was so good. Seasoned very well!! I will definitely be back and if you are looking for a place to go to have authentic Mexican food Carlos 4 is definitely the stop. #YouCanThankMeLater
