Asked for Whopper with cheese hold the tomatoes. Asked if I could switch the fry’s out for onion rings. She asked what size I said large. $15 latter I made it back to the office to find a large drink, small onion rings that I don’t think were cooked all the way, and a cold whopper with no cheese, no pickles, and plenty of tomatoes. Pretty disappointed, and remembering why I don’t do Burger King very often.

The best Burger King in the surrounding suburbs. I’ve gone to a lot of different burger kings and have had bad experiences with most but this one is the best. Food is always hot and fresh and order accuracy is on point. I wish the Burger King in Lockport could be this good they need to take notes.

the odds of getting fresh food here is slim to none, buns are always stale , fries always old and cold , if you add cheese to a sandwich they will put it on a sandwich already sitting and microwave it making the lettuce nasty, this is coming from someone who eats there three times a week because it's one of the only options by my work , but tonight was their last chance . Avoid this location

Ordered a whopper meal. Whopper was hot an ok. Unbelievably no one started my fries. So I instead said I'll eat whopper 1st. Guy yells out fries an they weren't even cooked. Went to the bathroom to clean up an it had no toilet paper. Needless to say bowl was not cleaned an dude's aim/ piss all over the floor. I'll Never go back.

They made 2 big fish and 2 original chicken sandwiches in less than a minute amd I asked how is that possible. She said if I wanted Fresh I have to say Fresh before I order.

FOOD POSIONING CENTRAL! I know 6 people (including myself) that have gotten food poisoning at this location. Not a busy location so everything goes bad. The employees won't even take your order inside unless you are Mexican. Good luck!
I come to this location in Lemont from a neighboring suburb. I drive out of my way because the food is always perfectly cooked, consistent quality, and the service is excellent. I can’t say that about the Burger Kings closer to me. I wish I caught the name of the man at the window because I believe he’s the reason for the good service and food. Thank you!

This location said they were open until 10or later but when I placed my online order and tried to pick it up at 9:30pm they said they said they were closed and I had to pick it up the next day. If they are going to close before the stated time on their website and door, they should close online orderingNow I'm out the money I was charged for the order. This is unacceptable.
Retro BK Kids Playground wins. Can't speak about bathroom cleanliness, but the Playground was clean!
