Love coming here the staff is very nice always happy to see us. The atmosphere has a great vibe love the music.We tried the new donut buttermilk. It is so good. Favorite is the avocado toast and omelet bites. Theres so many different Dunkin’s to go but the one in Lemont on 127th is my favorite. I pick them over others any day. Keep up the great work doing what you’re doing.

I love the friendliness of this store in Lemont! I recently sampled the buttermilk donut and I really enjoyed it. I will definitely be going back to this Dunkin location for more sweet treats and drinks!!

Come here just about every other day and continuously get skimped on sand which meats such as bacon…!! How can u put not even one slice of bacon onto a Bacon Egg and cheese these owners are greedy Indians charging way to much for what u get.. $5.60 is outragous for a portioned slice of bacon to make it look like more………. With a frozen egg and a slice of cheese no longer am a customer of butt scratchers without changing gloves saw with my own eyes!

Very rude workers and manager! They gave me the wrong order and when I told them it wasn’t mine they looked at me as if I threw it in their faces! After paying they forgot to give me my doughnuts and when I told them they said no we gave it to you! I’m not here to lie I paid and I want my stuff! I live in the area and usually avoid going there bc it’s not the first time this happens! I never put a review but I think they really deserve it this time! Proper customer service always comes first! The manager was worse than the workers! 1 star is too much!

Maybe go here once a month but they get my order wrong about 50% of the time. Once ordered a hot coffee, received a hot chocolate. Today ordered a hot tea with cream and sugar, received tea on its own. The one on Derby and Archer is somehow worse.
The guy at the window was rude and ignorant. He messed up my order and didn’t even want to give me what I paid for. I will never give this Dunkin’ Donuts my service again and when I did get my food it was very bad and looked horrible. I can’t believe this guy was arguing with me about something I paid for, never returning and don’t recommend going here so please don’t take your money and go somewhere else

I’ve been getting the strawberry dragonfruit refresher since it came out. Dunkin has made the drink amazing until a few months-a year now. i ask for extra ice when i get this drink. they used to a phenomenal job with that portion. For awhile now, i feel like they have lacked on that along with their customer service has gotten worse. They put barely even any extra ice and my drink ends up getting watered down with no ice left just because they can’t do the simple task i have requested. Every other dunkin ive gone to knows what they’re doing and hands my drink to me with how i requested.

Wasn't very friendly. And when we got our bagel they didn't spread the cream cheese. They didn't even bother to put a knife in the bag for me to spread it and gave us one and a half napkins. not really happy about this one but hey what are you going to do That's how society looks at things now they don't

I always get Dunkin when I'm out and about. Unfortunately this morning I decided to get coffee at this location. They were very slow and messed up the food and coffee order. Very disappointed.
