Atmosphere is fantastic! Great place to relax, enjoy drinks with friends, feel cozy. Service at the bar is quick, but service at tables is a bit slow.

Drinks were great and staff was lovely but I have to say I am surprised kids are allowed in a cocktail lounge. Otherwise wonderful experience
If you want a FUN and unique cocktail, this is the place. Bring your own food or snacks and stay for a few rounds. They distill their own spirits which is really cool too!

Staff is super friendly, and makes high quality drinks! Highly recommend everyone one to go here!
A pretentious watse of time. We went in here and couldn't even get service. It wasn't busy at all. Apparently they didn't like that we wanted to stand at the bar. Having g a seat is mandatory. This place sucks.

A hidden gem with serious style! This cocktail bar nails the vibe and the drinks. Creative menu, smooth service, and just the right amount of buzz. Huge shoutout to Patrycja and Zach for their amazing service. You two made the night even better! Perfect spot for a laid-back night with top-tier cocktails.

Pollyanna is the go to bar in Lemont! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and full of good energy. The drink selection is excellent—always fresh, creative, and perfectly made. Whether you’re grabbing a quick drink after work or settling in for the night with friends, Pollyanna never disappoints.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Zach, Lupe, Patrycja, and the whole team are absolutely exceptional. They’re attentive without being overbearing, super friendly, and they genuinely make you feel at home. It’s rare to find a bar where the service is as memorable as the drinks, but Pollyanna nails it every time.
If you’re looking for a place with great vibes, outstanding drinks, and top-notch service, Pollyanna should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend!

Cocktails are fantastic and the staff really knows their stuff. I’d suggest stopping by later in the evening though, during the day there tend to be too many kids and it throws off the vibe. The kids can be kind of unruly. I would really prefer this place if there was some age restrictions. If you do go, make sure you ask for Lupe behind the bar! She’s makes the best cocktails.

Served me alcohol when I specifically ordered a mocktail and even told the server I don’t drink. When I got the drink, I took two sips before realizing there had to be alcohol in it so I went right up to the bar to ask the bartenders all of a minute after my drink had been served if there was alcohol in it, nobody could give me an answer. Asked several other people, nobody could give me an answer. Finally a woman came to our table and after asking her, she did tell me the bartender “believes” she put alcohol in my drink. Not that she did for certain or anything, but that she “believes” she did, leaving me waiting in trepidation to see what the reaction was with my medication because of her blatant carelessness.
I understand it’s a mistake and things happen and all that, but you really can’t be making mistakes like that with alcohol. Plenty of people choose to abstain or have to for various reasons, should those people not be allowed to enjoy establishments like this with friends just because they’re abstaining? I ordered a mocktail and made mention of the fact that I don’t drink for a reason and was still served alcohol against my will.
For the record, I don’t drink because I’m on medications that interfere very poorly with alcohol and have the potential to severely harm me. Not once did anyone have the wherewithal to ask for contact information to check in on me, see if I was okay or even amongst the living even knowing by this point about my medication, nothing.
This place doesn’t care about you, your drink, your allergies, preferences, none of it. I strongly encourage anyone with allergies, preferences, or anyone who simply just doesn’t drink for whatever reason to avoid this place at all costs. They have a few mocktails on their menu but clearly the mocktails aren’t always mocktails, just sometimes.
We went to celebrate my friend leaving a job and starting a new one. We’re all nurses, we’re chatty, loud and emotive. We went to order our second round of drinks, everyone at the table could order a drink but one. They stated to my friend “we’ll bring you a tall glass of water instead” to her order of a lite beer. We were all confused and so I clarified that she wasn’t allowed a beer. The staff proceeded to say that they didn’t feel comfortable serving her. We understand when people are drunk and obnoxious, but we were seated and not moving. Laughing and giggling among ourselves. The table next to us was standing up, dancing, pulling at eachothers clothes. All of which I watched myself. The friend of mine is legally blind. She does not wear her glasses 24/7 as they inhibit her nearsighted view so unless she is trying to read stuff up close, she does not put her glasses on. If she is reading a menu she doesn’t put them on and just squints to read it. It’s very obvious that she is basically blind. When I questioned the staff why she couldn’t have a beer they reiterated she looked above her level. I asked why and they said they just all agreed and couldn’t explain. When I said we’re all celebrating so we’re being loud and that we’re all nurses they just walked away. Not even five min later the table next to us started to yell and dance out of their table and try to pull the man’s pants down. Yet they were not cut off. My friend squinting to read the menu got her cut off but not people trying to pull the pants off someone? Seems absurd. We tried to talk to management but they pushed us away every time. Again we truly understand people being obnoxious and drunk and acting out but we were sat, laughing among ourselves and our friend was squinting when a table right next to us was standing and dancing. It seemed one sided and rude. Because one person can’t see they can’t be server? Seems obnoxious. One person could of put her glasses on and saw she was legally blind.
