Mima's cafe is a gem in he city. The cafe con Leche is my favorite. The food is freshly cooked. The service is outstanding, pleasant and the servers are very attentive. The owner is very friendly and personable. I also love the music. It is a relaxing, pleasant place to visit, have a drink, meal and enjoy yourself. Kudos!

We picked up a to go order to eat with our California relatives and they were very impressed. EVERYTHING was wonderful. Cuban sandwiches, salads, black beans and rice, plantains (both kinds) and Yuka!! All of it was great. My husband’s family is Cuban and his mom loves your food!

quick togo of a cubano sandwich, and i will say the meat on it was DELICIOUS. i found it at first to be a lil dry and very lacking in mustard but the meat held it thru. pickles were very mild which was disappointing. other than the delish meat (breads pretty good too) it felt a bit mild and lacking in some of the flavours i find essential in a good cubano. overall it was a good sandwich for a great price but not the first place id tell soneone to get a Cubano at. pleased enough to likely return but ill try something else for sure. also lovely atmosphere :) wish it were open a little later but im sure i couod find something id love

It was our first time dining. My party had drinks and they stated the drinks were good. I had the cuban sandwich, as did the rest of us. Personally, it was nothing spectacular, just like a regular cuban sandwich. The service was okay. The best part about the place was the atmosphere and tropical theme. Sorry, no photos.

The atmosphere and decor was rhe cutest. Service was fast and staff was kind and helpful. The chicarron with trifongo was delicious. Everything was delicious. They an adorable outdoor patio. Drinks were delicious.

Food so stupidly good we took a bite and rolled our eyes. We had the chicken and a chorizo & plantain empanada (YUM - the chicken was so good), a regular cuban (delicious and so fairly priced), the glazed guava shrimp (apparently a 10/10) and the pica kos bowl which was so moist and well seasoned. Music was great and the perfect volume, staff were attentive, food came piping hot. We’re new to the neighborhood and can’t wait to come back.
Man, this was SO GOOD. I gotta admit, I ate at 90 miles over on Western or whatever a couple years ago and found it to be so uninteresting that I just didn't bother with Cuban food again. My partner and I came here because it was close to where we were staying and my god, it was WONDERFUL. Everything we ate was not only extremely flavorful, but unique, too. It was a nice casual vibe, too, with bright colors, close quarters and a lovely patio. Highly recommend stopping in.

Mimas has the best Jibarito I’ve ever tasted. Will always come here for any of my Cuban food desires since it’s a hit every time. They even have small events with DJS here! Talk about an atmosphere, Mimas is really the go to summer spot with the outdoor seating and happy vibes all around. Highly Recommend!!!!
