Can’t even eat at the place cuz you’re not even allowed in. I’m pregnant and all I want is Panera but I can’t even eat it

Terrible. In my opinion, this place wouldn't last if it was not for the patients and staff with limited food options on campus. My wife is getting surgery, so while I'm waiting thought id get a sandwich and a coffee. firstly, noone was at the counter. When I saw someone peak out from the back I asked if they were even open cause there wasn't much out and no one was there. He asked if I had an online pickup order. uh.. no.. So I told him I wanted to get a coffee and sandwich. the coffee was completely empty, so i had to let him know and when the cofee was put out it was disgusting. not even coffee it's not even close to coffee. its watered down, no.flavor. the sandwich was just ok, vead falling apart and sharp, cut my tonge on the bread. Never again would I ever eat here. then they even asked for a tip on the screen, unbelievable... never again... If you have to go to the hospital avoid the panera in outpatient , unless you enjoy being ripped off and disappointed. If not for the captive audience i doubt anyone would bother with this place.

Great addition to the hospital but too many times have not gotten what I feel I paid for. Once received cream of chicken soup that was 90% broth and watery, Mac and cheese cup barely half full, purchased something and at pickup coke to find out they don’t have the item, chicken noodle soup with no chicken and 2 noodles. Quality control is nonexistent.

This has to be the speediest Panera I've ever been to. Friend counter staff too. Standard Panera offerings.
Worst coffee I've ever purchased. No manager on site. The employee had nothing to say about the watered down tasteless coffee or why there was no manager.

Wow! What a great addition to a wonderful hospital. I am sure it took a lot of hard work and dedication into getting a Panera bread.
This Panera is open 24/7 serving patients, employees, and visitors. They have a great menu with the standard Panera prices. The bread is fresh and delicious.
They also have a computer monitor that tells you the status of your order. Super cool.
