Fries were not cooked all the way, everything tasted funny like the oil in the fryer hasn’t been changed in a long time, and the bun to the hot dog tasted stale and old too. Mozz sticks were also not done all the way. Won’t be back.

I’ve been eating Mr. sub since I was a teenager they used to be and Mr. sub next-door to the bar we drink at I cannot believe just this week. I had a roast beef warm and the sub sauce that they put on there was like water I couldn’t believe it Was like the thing that used to make all their subs was there whatever they put on it oil but it’s got an oil based it like a almost an Italian dressing man just really disappointed Then I got a baklava dessert. Oh my God for five dollars. I felt like I should’ve got slept in the face my Lord you know what charge me 67 dollars please give me enough that I could’ve lifted. I had something to eat for dessert five bucks charge me six dollars charge me seven dollars least give me something to eat at that point doesn’t matter horrible horrible for a long time. These young kids took it over are gonna drive it right into the ground. Everything taste blah I mean you can’t even get the oil and seasoning sauce right I mean it’s like seven seas packet taste like nothing.

Terrible customer service As I was driving off, I decided to eat one of my mozzarella sticks and it was still cold so I went back around so they can reheat it. They did not apologize and when they gave me the mozzarella sticks back, the cheese was now outside of the sticks. I asked for another Marinara sauce and they told me they were going to charge me; I asked if they were really still charging me after the inconvenience of me having to come back and they said yes that’s when I decided to get a refund because that was very rude.

I visited on 7/14/24 at 10pm and was very displead with the service the mozzarella sticks. I returned the initially bc they were still cold on the inside. I received them back after that all busted and they didn't seem to think this was a problem. Lazy workers. I wish I could get my money back.

I think this is the worse location. A young lady with blue hair and bad ends took my order. I ordered a regular turkey with extra meat. She repeated my order 3 times! I get all the way home for me to see I had a roast beef with peppers. Once I called back she had a very nasty attitude and told me to come back tomorrow. It’s 9:30p and they close at midnight. She was rude at the window and overall gave bad service.

I came by today to get some dinner, the large girl in the colored shirt messed up my order by not putting in the two hot dogs, so I had to come around and reorder them and she laughed at me because she messed up, terrible customer service would not recommend to
Gyros are good, but mr sub is better, without cheese.

Paid 12.51 for hot dog fries and pizza puff. Hot dog bun was hard n stale. Dog itself was so so. Gave me French fries and bag was not filled. Won't be back.

They took way too long to give me my food, mind you there was one car in front of me and was given a small bag. But the main problem here is that I paid almost $17 for king size gyro sub and a large fry and what I got was very disappointing. Barley had any gyro meat. Definitely not used to this location. Since the one by my house always puts a lot more meat and the large fry comes in one of those white containers and this large fry came in a small bag.
