Every time I go to this location for a concrete mixer it’s different. If I go close to closing time it’s like soup instead of the thickness it’s supposed to be. Just this last time it was soupy and they didn’t put all the ingredients in that I ordered and paid extra for. I didn’t bother complaining because it’s not worth the aggravation of dealing with the staff that will do nothing to correct THEIR mistake. Last time I had an issue I was told in order to get mixers remade (I wasn’t even asking for a refund)I had to come back before they closed. This was impossible since I lived several miles away and they were closing in 15 minutes. I asked if I could just stop in the next day sometime and have them remade. I was told NO! I’m pretty easy going and understand mistakes happen and I didn’t mind coming back, but couldn’t get there in time. There was absolutely no compromise, apology, or refund offered. The worst customer service experience ever! This is a place I patronized at least once or twice a week.
Always terribly show. Staff is rude. 50/50 chance if they get the order correct. Remember to check before you leave.

All of the employees bring a happy, positive energy to this restaurant. I want to name Nathaniel specifically for that. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious. The service is pleasant and fast. The establishment is clean. Great place to eat!

Their great food brought back memories of how happy I was when I enjoyed it. Made to order, fresh taste, clean restaurant and professional, kind & helpful staff. Will be eating there again.
Vegetarian options: The veggie burger meal was amazing with all the bells and whistles (with everything on it). I highly recommend and will be getting another in the near future.
Kid-friendliness: The cashier was sweet and patient with my 6 year old who could not make up her mind when ordering on the kids menu. Customer service was on point.

Disappointed on Ph Pub Burger single, it was a paper thin burger, McDonald's serves a thicker patty, I Showed the manager the burger opened bun how you could see through burger he Responded they press their burger that's how it's served.
