I ordered their chicken strips lunch. I've had this at other KFC locations and it was good but at this location they were dry and barely warm. Even my dogs refused too really them. This KFC in Montgomery on Douglas road should be avoided.

Pathetic service. Ordered in the drive through. At the window, I was informed that they are out of biscuits and they are willing to upgrade regular soda large. I said I didn't want the large soda instead replace biscuit with another side of fries. They outrightly rejected. You should have told that you are out of biscuits at the drive through while ordering..Didn't bother that customer leaving without order.They don't care about customers.Very bad business..

The chicken was either overcooked or over heated. The biscuits were hard as a rock. Haven’t been to this KFC in a longtime. Due to the food being so disgusting. Wasted my money on this meal.

I've been going to this location for a few years now. Never had any issues with the food before other than only getting 4 pieces of chicken in the famous bowl maybe 5 if im lucky. But I prepare for that and buy extra chicken pieces when I get it delivered. Tonight I did the same, but the chicken tasted really off. It had a foul taste to it. Not even my fiance liked it and he eats everything. We ended up tossing it. As for staff, I understand it gets busy and stressful, but they don't need to take it out on the customers. Most likely will not be returning.
Once again order something get half of it right customer service sucks for the last year. For the prices they charge orders should be on point.

I was met with very friendly staff who, didn't get my order right at first, quickly gave me my side I wanted replaced free of charge which they totally didn't have to do but I'm thankful for the blessing. It's very clean in the dining room as well as the bathroom so that's a definite plus! The $20 box was so worth it!

Stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes. Suddenly two ladies walk out of the office to fill a drive thru order. One asked if I was picking up an order, and I replied no, I’ve been waiting to place an order. With that she went on to fill the drive thru order, so I left. Will not return to this location again!

So came here just to try the new wraps. I wanted one of each. Was told I could not mix the wraps for the combo. So I asked if I could get the 2 for $5 and get one of each she said no. This is crazy since if you see there both $3 if you buy one of each. So I had to pay $12 for a combo instead of $7.99. Think I will stick to Popeys.
