This place will have you sitting for hour drive thru !! No way contacting no management to file complaints!! They serve food uncooked meat looks dry !! Milkshakes come tasting like if milkshake mix expired bitter taste !! No sanitation been done here cros contamination all over the foods some one shoulf really look into this before people become start getting real sick. You guys be careful eating here this place is not know. What goes inside that store!!
I’ve been going to this Steak ‘n Shake for years. In 2020, the service and efficiency tanked. But I gave it benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic and kept going. Now it’s 2022, and it’s still a half hour wait for a few milkshakes. I think I’m done. At least until the owner puts in effort again.

I have gone passed her three times between 11am to 2 pm. No cars whaysi parked in parking lot. No cars in drive through. I noticed it when I come in off Euclid, by buffalo wild wings, on my way into visit jewel. Are they even open?
