They returned my phone calls and emails. Pickup at the Naperville store was easy. They have a great website too to find great designs. Through our wedding venue package we had a handful of cake vendors to select and work with. Creative Cakes was the most flexible, creative, and the MOST delicious. We ended up getting our grooms cake with Creative as well.

We ordered our wedding cake from them and they told us at our one year anniversary we could get a free tier cake, which I thought was cool. We picked it up and it wasn't the same icing. The cake was the same, but the icing was thick and disgusting. I'm the type that eat cake for icing, so imagine my disappointment. However, that wasn't the only thing. When I went to cut it not only did they have ribbons on it (that wasn't edible), but there were 3 of them with tape as well. I thought that was very unprofessional and disappointing because they should know better than to put things that you can't eat on the cake. Can't say it was a waste of money, but it was a waste of time and gas. As the saying goes, you get what you gonna pay for, I got nothing

Couldn't ask for a better experience! From our tasting to the delivery of the cake Creative Cakes was professional, organized, friendly, and incredible at what they do. Our cake looked absolutely beautiful, and tasted even better! We did a layer of chocolate, white, and red velvet and every layer was amazingly delicious. I highly recommend them for special occasions or any event you are hosting that you need a special cake!
