Food prepared with great quality like the 50's. Did not expect such warm hospitality and great food.

Cute little eatery/bakery, fresh bread was quite good. 8 flavors of soft serve?!

Situated smack in the middle of downtown Nauvoo. Delicious pastries and soft serve ice cream. Jellies, jams, hot sauces, and fruit spreads are available as well. The bread, if fresh, is very good. It seems lack of foot traffic makes for low/old stock later in the day. An ideal breakfast spot, though. Definitely a must if visiting the Nauvoo area.

The food here was fine. It was edible. The chicken salad had a lot of mayo but was simultaneously dry, so that was confusing. The pulled pork sauce tasted like canned sloppy joe sauce. The sign boasts about gourmet foods, but it seemed like that was in reference to the canned jams and jellies for sale and not the deli offerings.

Nice fresh sandwich shop with local items. Everything in Navoo closes early so check times. Fresh bread was very tasty. One thing to mention... PEPSI PRODUCTS. I did not find a place in Navoo that had a Diet Coke. :(

Very friendly service, very fast, and love the jams and fruit butters! Definitely a good place for good food in Nauvoo

Our family stopped here for lunch on the last day of our trip and to be honest, we were not really impressed. The food was reasonably good, but the service and prices left much to be desired. For the amount and type of food, I would have expected more; it was pretty ordinary and costly--of course there aren't a lot of options in Nauvoo (and limited hours if you are not there during the pageant). Furthermore, the service was poor. The lady at the register was not very welcoming or helpful; furthermore, they have a $10 min for card policy that they were extremely unyielding about--they were unwilling to run my card for a transaction for a few items that I forgot to order with the rest of our meal, even though I had just spent about 3 times the minimum on our lunch. Needless to say, we won't be going back. We did notice another restaurant in town that has similar hours; we'll try that next time.

The breakfast sandwich with sausage is awesome! I could eat that for breakfast every day. I also recommend their whole wheat cinnamon roles! The larger white ones are pretty good too, just a little too doughy in the middle for me.

I came here for a late lunch. They were out of half their menu and the clerk angrily informed us that they were out of that. When we asked for something else that hadn't been stated as being out she grumbled, switched which hip was stuck out and bluntly stated, "we're OUT of that" I ended up getting a chicken sandwich and a salad. She asked if I wanted onions or pickles on my salad, I simply said no to the pickles and she directed me to a salad she had in a cooler. It wasnt cold, but it wasnt warm. It also didnt have onions on it like I was led to believe through her question. The salad was okay, but no where near worth $5. The sandwich had the chicken salad on only half the sandwich. The other half was only lettuce and a tomato. When I picked up the tiny overpriced sandwich if completely fell apart. I never would have thought I'd be eating a sandwich with a fork.

This place was so good we came back twice. The food tastes fresh and the prices are excellent as well. It does take a little time to get your food but it is well worth the wait and the workers are very kind.

Who doesn't love the idea of a small town bakery? However-this place was VERY disappointing. Food (breakfast) was average. Went there twice-both times the cashier's were impolite, inpatient and rude. Left the second time early because people had been waiting a looooong time for their food and the line was not moving. Problem was the cashier acted like they could care less. This place has great potential but quality and service needs to improve.

Small town eatery, real good basic food. I had a Cheeseburger and Mac & Cheese, pretty darn good.

Great food and good prices. They even have gluten free bread which was great!
