First time here and I ordered the meatloaf. The green beans that came with were delicious but the meatloaf was super salty lots of pepper. I like spicy food but the meatloaf had something in it that made it so hot I couldn't enjoy it. Between the salt n pepper I will never order it again. I know a few people that don't like spicy food and I'm sure they would not be able to eat the meatloaf. My mom had the fish n chips and she said it was super salty as well. Our server was great, he did a nice job.

I’ve lived in New Lenox almost my entire life. I was part of the second graduating class at Lincoln-Way West, and back in the day my friends and I loved coming here on Thursday nights for the wing special when it was still called Charleston’s.

I hadn’t been back in a long time, but we decided to give it a try last night—and I’m so glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious, our waiter was extremely kind and helpful, (I believe his name was Jackson) and the atmosphere was great, just like I remembered.

We will definitely be back, and much more often. Thank you for a great experience!

First and last time trying this place. The food was not very good at all. My husband and son ordered chicken wings that they said were borderline inedible. Normally we go to Legends for wings and that will remain the same. I got a wrap - it was fine, not horrible - not amazing. Maybe it was an off day...I dont know but it was pretty disappointing.

1st time here. We will be back . My wife liked her burger, daughter liked her pizza, and I thought the breaded steak sandwich was great. Our server was great ( friendly and promp).

My husband and I absolutely love this place, we’ve been coming together for almost 5 years. The food is always great, the drinks are good, and we love interacting with the Facebook page’s weekly posts. However, over the years, the service has become subpar at best. We dined in tonight for The Office trivia and enjoyed the new Winter food and drink menu, but were ignored by our server almost the entire time. I recall speaking with the busboy more than our actual server. It was a Tuesday night, granted it was a trivia night, but still, a Tuesday is a lot slower than a Friday or a Saturday. We waited 15 minutes for our cocktails, and then another 20 minutes to even put our food order in. We felt obligated to order our appetizer and entrees at the same time given the slow service, assuming that the appetizer would come out first, but we were given our entrees before our appetizer even came. Throughout the course of the night and our trivia game, we watched our server make eye contact with us and walk past our table numerous times without asking us if we needed refills or how the food was tasting. We don’t expect 5 star service at a local restaurant, but we sat with empty water glasses for what felt like 30+ minutes, and we felt like water should be refilled at the least. On top of that, we were charged incorrectly for 6 cocktails when we only had 4 total, which was fixed when I brought it to our servers attention. Regardless of this, the food was amazing as always, the trivia was fun, and the atmosphere is comfortable. We will always go back to Arrowhead, but I feel that there needs to be some better training given to the wait staff. It’s very disheartening watching your table be ignored while every table around you gets taken care of.

Went there last Saturday — the beer (Coffin Creeper) was excellent, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight. Our server seemed very distracted. It took quite a while before she came to our table, and even after taking our drink order, no silverware or water was ever brought out.
I finished my first beer before she returned, and when the food finally arrived, it was delivered by someone else who didn’t check if we needed anything. We still didn’t have napkins or utensils and had to flag down the server while she was chatting with other staff near the kitchen.
The food itself was just okay — not nearly as good as it used to be. Between the slow service and lack of attention, the experience was disappointing and not worth the time or money.

Came in on Halloween day and was super bummed that the Halloween decorations they usually put out weren't up. I understand they belonged to the last manager after asking about it...still dissapointimg since we came here on Halloween especially for that atmosphere/experience. The food is always really good but have noticed the last few times it's been very inconsistent. The Texas brisket Flatbread (special) I will say, was outstanding!! The burger however was super dry and overcooked. The chicken Tenders were also overcooked. Also bummed that there were only 2 t-shirts to pick from and not a very good selection overall. Also, the Smaze beer had a weird soapy taste to it that it normally doesn't have so maybe it was a glass issue. I'll keep trying here because we really do want to love it as much as we used to!

Went for dinner at 630 and service was not good. Took about 15 mins to get drinks when we ordered drinks we ordered app and after 30 minutes we checked with server and she said kitchen was behind. Other tables that came after were getting their food. Asked for manager and she said she was in kitchen and we could get our drinks for no charge . I could care a less about getting drinks for free there was no reason it should take over 30 minutes for a queso /chorizo dip. Very unhappy . We ended up it not eating and left .

Our server was officially Jackson yet it appears that all the servers were working well together which is always a good thing! Jackson, and others, were attentive and provided us with the right amount of coverage needed and desired. Never left us wonder if they were going to be back, nor feeling like they were hovering!
And the chicken wings are some of the best I've had. (And, lord knows, I've had my share!) we also had the Brussel Sprouts which I'm told were tasty too! Also a wide variety of select beers to choose from.

We sat at the bar. Beer was great service was on point. We enjoyed the wings and fries. A little salt would of made the fries better
