Came here from out of town and went through the drive thru, ordered shake, malt and cup of blueberry cheesecake....the guy who was taking the order was very rude and repeated order saying strawberry cheeSecake, when we said blueberry " well, we don't have that!". Food definitely not worth it. Malt not completely mixed etc. disappointed.

Every time my family & I are in. Kenny is there with excellent customer service, great food, & very personable . My boys know him by name & he jokes around w/them. We love going there.
Gloomy day so why not cheer up with some icecream! Came for mozzarella sticks and a shake, and was greeted properly even as I went to drive thru, Kelly I think was top of the receipt but she handed me my shake and let me know it’d be another 4 minutes for my mozz sticks! A little communication goes a long way especially if you have to wait! Overall it was amazing, the cheese pull was epic! And that peanut butter shake was to die for! You pay for what you get and the portions are definitely worth it! I’ll be coming back

I feel like a child when I come here and it’s honestly just an amazing experience to sit inside/outside and just eat some ice cream, but one thing I dislike is that when I buy a large I get a medium amount of ice cream and when I get a medium I get a small amount of ice cream.

Local in the area, this ice cream shop would be a hard pass. My family only came here for the “Chicago rainbow cones” being from the soutside originally, this was always our go to spot moving into Joliet. Now, they no longer offer it and the ice cream is not worth the trip. Save your time and go to DQ, better prices & more flavor.
