Year after year, my cake order has been wrong...the lady in charge never even reduces the price or offers to make it right. Half ass apologies are given but you can tell she doesn't care. Will not be going here again. Highly encourage to take your business elsewhere.

Ice cream places are supposed to be a place you go to and feel happy. And a big part of that is driven by how you are welcomed and treated. A smile and a simple greeting goes a very long way... and this is the biggest downside of this B&R. The woman that runs it has the personality of the grinch and unfortunately spoils the whole experience of going to an ice cream place. I go there for the B&R ice cream at times but will likely just go to Graeters instead that's across the street.

I've tried to support this BR location when competitors moved in across the street, but the service is lousy, prices have been jacked up to mirror Graeter's pricing and the portions have dwindled. Hard to support this place any longer. The owner needs to wise up before he loses more loyal customers.
Affordable ice cream that is better tasting and half the price of Graeters across. And while the employees aren't the most friendly folks they definitely won't yell at you about COVID nonsense and let you have a sample. Thank goodness this place is still open, no-nonsense business I will choose everytime!

Staff is not always so friendly and the scoops seem to be getting smaller and smaller while the price is getting bigger but hey, I know what to expect went going to Baskin-Robbins. I like their flavors and I like this location since it's right across from the park and next to a bunch of restaurants. It's easy to walk across the street from the park, get your ice cream, and go play with your kids.

I have purchased three tags from Ba skin-Robbins. All arrived very quickly and were perfect. I got the kind that attaches to an adjustable collar and they are very stable and will not fall off. My small dog was chewing on his dangling tags, so I needed one he couldn't chew on. My friend had these tags and recommend them and I'm glad she did!
