Due to religious restrictions, halal food only, I did not taste anything else other than ice cream. The chocolate coated cone ice cream was good. Also, tried the one with peanuts and it tasted good as well. Seating capacity was good; needed cleaning.

Made a phone order and was told it would be ready in ten minutes. When I arrived, even though there were no other food customers, they hadn't even started. And only started after I paid. Should have told me upfront.

Food is either over cooked or not fully cooked. Mainly go for the Blizzards. The employee's are all teenagers unsupervised, no management around and careless with customers and service. If leadership was present you can't tell. Always a line and when you see what others have ordered, it makes no sense what the long wait was for.
The new ownership is terrible. Service is non-existent. It takes much too long to place and get an order. The workers are seemingly high schoolers, so I don't blame them. The owners need to staff this location better. I won't be coming back until they do.

While I appreciate giving teenagers an opportunity to work, there doesn’t seem to be any adult supervision or oversight of the crew behind the counter. Training and constant oversight is important for a young staff in order to deliver a five star customer experience. I have found the receipt for the day and question. The receipt is dated August 8, 2023 order ID AAA 9WLPJAEDN the time punch Dennis 8:30 PM employee Amelia the ticket number was 194 for a peanut buster parfait and a large caramel sundae. I had ordered an all chocolate peanut buster parfait, but when I returned home and opened up the package, it was a regular peanut buster with vanilla soft serve.

This Dairy Queen is the worst. I'm actually in line right now. Nobody is doing anything, or even acknowledging the 5 of us standing here, wondering if we've walked into a closed ice cream shop.Dingy, dirty tables. Sticky, grimy floors. They've stopped trying. But I'm stuck here, aren't I? I've got my kid with me, and he's expecting ice cream. Maybe we'll get it before I'm done writing this review. (But we didn't.)Next time I'll drive to Highland Park. I advise you do the same.

I am just not sure if I can come here anymore. It has always felt dingy, but lately it has just been plain dirty. The kids behind the counter don't know what they are doing, they don't practice proper food handling and it takes forever to get an order. The last time I was there, I was just grossed out.
