I have been here 4 times in the last few months, the food is great and tastes very fresh. the wait staff are always attentive and very friendly. The owner is extremely condescending to guests and staff. Don’t expect to be seated on a walk in basis, we were turned away our first time in. You must make reservations. I would have rated it higher, however, I feel the owners/managers disposition really disappoints me every visit.

We waited 15 minutes to get a menu and water. My girlfriend ordered a chicken diinner and to say the serving was skimpy it was a compliment. It had no taste and limited seasoning. I had a filet of Sea Bass that was at the most 4 tp 5 ounces. The side of asparagus was 3 pieces. Service was decent. The paetner- manager was demeaning and stated sternly we ALWAYS serve 9 ounces on any seafood dish. Not even close. Seen many comments about her and the concensous was the same attitude. Do not mind at all paying $37.00 for a fish entree, however this consited of 4 bites. Never again. Btw 2 drinks was $ 39.00. Drinks good but higher than Chicago Cut, Gibson"s and many more.

There were six of us for dinner. One of the six enjoyed their meal. The waitress was delightful and we did not complain to her as it was not her fault. Needless to say, we will not return and just a heads up for others.

Very poor service my food ticket never went to the back I sat at the place for an hour. I ate my minestrone soup and waited for my meal. I had to leave to go back to work. Remind me, I was not ready. I said I will come back an hour and a half later I went to go pick up my food and it was ice cold. This is totally unheard of. She said the manager said that I ordered carry out. No I was sitting there eating my food was not ready and I needed to leave. Worst place ever will never go back.

We went to this spot for my mom's birthday. 6 of us all ordered the priciest item on the menu, not to mention soup, salad, and dessert on top. My dish came with considerably less couscous than everyone else's, to the point that my family commented on it. When I asked them if they could bring more, the waitress told me the owner had said that we need to order extra couscous for 3$. After dinner, I wanted to make sure the owner actually understood my concern, so i talked to her directly. I was shocked to see how cheap the owner was as she was actually arguing with me over some couscous after I just spent 400$. She didn't accept it at all, and unfortunately for the girl who was serving us, I had to reflect my dissatisfaction in how much I tipped. I guess customer service doesn't mean much to the owner. I regret all the other times I've gone to this place.

The food was pretty good...once it came, 90 minutes after we were seated. (Which was also 15 minutes after the supposed reservation time...) Sure, we understand that a restaurant can get overbooked and backed up, but when that happens, it's up to the management to circulate and show they are paying attention. It's just not that hard to walk around and say, "Sorry, folks, you see how busy it is tonight. We're doing the best we can. Here's some more bread and water." Oh, wait, we never got those things either, after repeated requests of waitress and busboy, who both disappeared for 15-20 minute stretches. We did get some belated apologies and comped desserts at the end, but it was too little too late. Why should we give this place another chance when there are many, many other restaurants to try, Italian and otherwise?
Super fast and friendly service. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this restaurant. This place has really gone down hill the past few years in terms of the food. We used to go here just to enjoy the awesome chicken with leeks, but the dish overall now was tasteless with zero flavor. TBH it kind of made us ill. The beet salad is 3 slices of beets with not even a handful of arugula for almost $20 is a ripoff. If it had good flavor, maybe it would have been worth it. They also forgot the salad dressing or there was hardly ANY on the salad if there was supposed to be. Lastly, the fettuccine shrimp for $25 had 4 shrimps and again, this dish had zero flavor. When they gave us our order upon pickup, they didn't secure the lids and the oily chicken broth they put the chicken in spilled ALL over while carrying the box as it leaked through the bottom. I guess that is what you get for ordering Chicken with "leaks".... When we called to tell them about no salad dressing and the oil that spilled all over our clothes, the lady aka the owner, was extremely rude and didn't want to take accountability, she said we weren't holding the box correctly.....basically gaslighting us. The fact that we had to get into an argument in the first place was just poor customer service overall. All in all we will never go back to this establishment, the food was not good. Save your money. Oh and here is a photo of cleaning up the stains on the pants from the chicken juice and the "hearty mix of arugula" beet salad that was sub par
