They need to teach their staff customer service skills. Marisol was not professional and when you ask for manager, someone comes out named Stephanie who obviously wasn't management because when I gave her the complaint she just stared at me instead of saying of apologizing or at the least say that she would address the matter to her employee.

Stopped before work to grab a Flatbread pizza. The staff was nice but the wait was long and the Flatbread pizza was horrible..when I think of Flatbread I think of crispy. This Flatbread was soggy an undercooked. The tomatoes were still cold I was so disappointed. And on top of that I was late for work because of the long wait. I figured it would be cooked to perfection for as long as I waited for it.

Honestly a very good location to dine in. The service here was great and quick, with the employees being super friendly and charismatic when it came to taking our orders and letting us know when our food would be ready. The dining room is super huge, and there are many booths and tables to choose from. The place itself has a very welcoming vibe to it, and it's a wonderful place to eat peacefully while also taking in the nice view the windows provide. Although I haven't been here since July of 2022, I'd love to come back again some time in the future see how much this location has changed. Great place overall.

Once I week, I visit this Panera to have breakfast and to complete my work. The location is clean, quiet and very accommodating. The WIFI is good for work meetings.

I always go to this location because it is close to me. They used to be super good a couple months ago but, it seems like they hired new people and it is just slacking. I went through their drive thru for the pick up at around 3:30pm. Nobody said anything on the intercom after sitting there for 5 minutes. I moved up to the window and it seemed like no one seen me there. So i decided okay. i’ll go in. I go in to the counter and nobody even acknowledged me. I waited again i sat down to see if someone would say anything and nobody did. I got back up and mentioned i have a pick up and i tell them my name. They’re like no we don’t have the order. i’m like okay it was placed like 15 minutes ago and it says ready.I assume which is my fault that they were actually gonna see where the order was. No. I was there for over 30 minutes. Finally I see a manager and i tell him i can’t find my order.

Don't cater from or eat here! I am a pharmaceutical sales rep who frequently caters breakfast and lunches for Drs offices. Stopped by to place an order for breakfast tomorrow for 35 people. The cashier was incredibly rude and so was Richard, the manager. Richard yelled at me and said he's too busy to take catering orders, huh? I asked for his last name, but he refused to provide it, turned his back and walked away. I can see why this Panera has terrible reviews. Fortunately, there are lots of better restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, I would not feel safe with the quality of food given his bad attitude and filthy appearance. He has long greasy hair that was not in a hairnet. He handled cash and food without changing gloves or washing hands. Yuk! Clearly, he despises his customers! Take your business elsewhere!

My husband and I came to this Panera Bread location to meet a friend. Once I walked through the door, the first thing I noticed was the layout of the restaurant. This one of the most customer-unfriendly layouts I've ever seen. After you order, it is not obvious where you go to get your food and drinks. We ordered our food using the self-service kiosks in front of the traditional register. Our kiosk crashed twice while we were trying to order.We were notified by text message when our food was ready. This was a nice service. Once we were able to order and and get our food we were able to sit down and enjoy our food. We both ordered from the value duets menu. I think this is the best way to order from Panera Bread, since they have become more expensive over the past few years. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich & Creamy Tomato Soup, while my husband ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich & Chicken & Wild Rice Soup. This tasted like all Panera Bread food. It's good but not great. I enjoyed the BBQ sauce on the sandwich. It appears that they have made the tomato soup less spicy, which I appreciate.Overall, Panera Bread is a solid choice for good, but not excellent food. Just don't get lost in the restaurant.
