This Potbelly's always serves tasty sandwiches and salads with a smile. I'm almost always in a hurry when I eat here, but that's never a problem. They get me in and out quickly and never have they gotten the order wrong.

Worst potbelly. 816 skokie northbrook.Rude people are working there. Visited more than 2 times. Once, I forgot my phone when they were "redoing" my order and they had to check it on my phone... came back 15 minutes later, they said no phone found... being smart, I borrowed another phone, called it and it was ringing in their office! 1500$ phone... Thieves Every time, horrible service. Horrible sandwitches. Always wrong toppings. Always unpleasant/tragic service. Called the manager to let him know why the business could be slow. Low standard location. Beware if you expect to get what you pay for THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Go to location by Waukegan and willow.

Potbelly's started skimping on meat. Pastrami sandwich was nothing like the picture, barely any meat. Tried the BLTA - mostly bread again. Steak sandwich - same result.

If they could get their orders straight they would merit more stars.Today ordered 2 chili's to go.Got one chili and one vegetable soup. Not the first time this has happened.Just plain carelessness.

I don't visit here often but usually enjoy the sandwiches. I typically order a dream bar and shake as a treat. The dream bars are no longer nice and tightly wrapped like they used to be. Ordered a shake, too much milk so the shake was loose and the butter cookie was soft and stale...$5 dollars wasted. One of the workers rubbed his face with the back of his hand did not go to wash his hands. They do put on gloves before they touch the food, but still. Next time I'm in the mood for Potbelly's I'll go to a different location.
Better than ever could have expected. Online Menus made it easy. Delivery was fast, food came hot and the food was amazing!

Food is good, service is sometimes good sometimes really slow. I waiting most of my lunch break for a bowl of soup and in the end I didn’t have enough time to actually eat it.

This is the worst Potbelly. I will never return. One time I went there was a sign on the door that said "Online orders only" so I placed my order online and stood in the store for 10 minutes (store was empty). After that an employee finally asked if I was waiting for an order. I said yes, I placed it online like the sign said so then he looked, took off the order and started it. Geesh! Another time I canceled my order an hour before pick up. "no problem" they said. That took 2 weeks of waiting for my credit card to credit my money and I lost my free sandwich because after 8 emails no response. There actually must be NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Plus their sandwiches look like a sloppy mess. AVOID!

Busy place to get tasty bite to eat. Lots of room at this place, though parking might get difficult during lunch hour.The sammies are great and there's loads of types to get, and by golly the pot pie soup is to die for. That paired with the generous supply of soft drinks and tasty chips makes affordable lunchtime feel a step above the usual fast food.

Whole order was awful. I ordered the largerest size sandwich option received the smallest one instead. Every single ingredient except meat and cheese was missing. Soup was ice cold. I don’t mean not hot, or kinda warm. I mean straight up refrigerated. 52 degrees exactly by my digital food thermometer. Called the store repeatedly no answer. Don’t order from here, they are just thieves.
