Always great service and food. They are always super friendly and helpful here. Many times I order online and everything is ready on time.The food is always first rate at Potbelly.The meat and toppings are always fresh. The sandwich is toasted just right.It's a cool atmosphere inside with the decor.There is plenty of seating.I will continue to go here.Bicycling: There is a trail that runs along Waukegan and also Willow Road. They also have outdoor seating which is nice.

Company wide they need to do something about the sticky tables caused by their cleaning products eating into the finish of the table.

Horrible service from top to bottom! An employee argue with a customer after the customer waiting for over ten minutes in the line. The weekend manager also has really bad time management to operate the store. The entire team focuses solely on catering order and not able to provide the correct estimate of wait time and ignore a line of 10+ people waiting in line. At the end all 10+ people leave the store without ordering anything.

they are always quick to make our meals. it's really easy to order in the app and get points towards free meals or treats. the ingredients are always very fresh looking and tasting. my kids love Potbellys!

Very upset with this location. More than a week ago, this location couldn't fulfill my order due to chemical issues in the place (they had to close down). They didn't put anything on their online order system to notify customers about this, and I ended up ordering and going here just to get my refund receipt given to me at the front door. Oh well.Even worse, it's been more than a week since then and I still haven't gotten my refund. I've called 4+ times, being told each time that my refund was sent up to the "store assistant" and "refund company". Nothing ever went through. The employee seemed to be sorry on the phone, but I don't understand why it is such a long process. I want my $20 back! It really shows a lack of communication and teamwork between the franchise company and the restaurant. Still waiting on my refund, never came. Says my refund was "processed" this afternoon but I never got the money back on my checking account. Never returning to this location.UPDATE: Got my refund this morning after a long wait. Changed my review to 3 stars.

This location does an amazing job on getting orders completed quickly and the line moving. Good food and they do a good job of not letting the shakes overflow and make a mess.

Pls don't go to this Potbelly's (in Northbrook right next to crumbl) Just left and it was the worst service for a big franchise. - young man at the register was on his phone the entire time and ignored for several minutes us as we STOOD IN FRONT OF HIM, waiting to pay. We had to tell him what we got 3x and he still wasn't paying attention. I got a kids meal and had to come back and tell him that he forgot the water, cookie and applesauce. - the supervisor I believe, tall lady with glasses walked by and no acknowledgement from either of them. The customer behind me said "it's always like this, they have the worst service." - only giving it 2 stars because the lady who made our sandwiches was nice and gave us our order correctly (even though she said she couldn't check on a price because she "had no time") we thought maybe her shift was ending so we let it slide. She even tried to explain our order to the kid but he didn't care or understand.Potbelly's needs to reevaluate who they hire and how they train employees who carry their name, especially at their Northbrook location.

I easily parked the car in the parking lot in front of the restaurant.When you enter the hall, to the right is the place where you order and deliver food.You must go to this section to order and get food. To the left of the hall are tables and chairs.There are also tables outside.The bathroom and floor of the hall and tables were very clean.The #food was normal as well

Food was good, however the African American girl who prepared my food was about as rude as can be. No smile, hostile to say the least and at no point did I feel welcomed by her. No reason to ever return.

This is one of the most disorganized, unprofessional potbellies I've ever been to... The workers on the cash register, as well as the worker making shakes, seem to be completely clueless... The employee making the shakes, dropped ice cream and milk on the floor several times... In addition, the cashier, forgot to enter the correct items that were purchased, not to mention did not provide receipts to the customers. I would highly suggest that a manager start working on the weekends and make sure that employees get more training. I live in the area so I'm very disappointed as you can tell. Ps. The cashier in the picture is not the cashier I'm referring to, he took over obviously because the other guy couldn't seem to do his job.

Ordered a shake but it had the bottom half of the straw wrapper still intact on the straw sitting in the shake. Of course didn't notice until later because it's sitting inside the shake and by the time my kid noticed, the wrapper had completely mushed up in the shake. Wondering how one accidentally puts the straw into the shake without removing the bottom of the wrapper.
